Floor installers accidently sawed into the main water line of our house causing water to pool on the concrete slab in one room and get into three walls before we could shut off the water. Fix It Services had men out there within 30 minutes. They were able to find and repair the damage quickly. They also got fans and heaters set up to dry out the moisture that had managed to get under the sill plates in the room. Their service was quick and professional. They provided pictures and good documentation of the damages and the restorative services provided.

I rent though JWC, My toilet bowl wouldn't flush correct at all. JWC used Fix It Plumbing, they made an appointment from 9-12 p.m. They did not call me to let me know the plumber would be at my home later that night. the plumber came to my home at 8 p. m. at night. When he took the toilet apart he realize he did not have the parts to fix it. My toilet needed a 4 inch flusher and he only had a 2 inch, he came so late Lowes was closed. So after he left they sent out Kevin the next day. Once he got to my home, he acted like he did not know what was going on. Once I said I was about to call the company he magically remembered his notes on what to do with the toilet. He told me he was about to leave to go and get parts from his truck and left his bag in my bathroom. This man was gone for almost a hour. I kindly grabbed his bag and left it outside my door and called the company and told them to never to send me Kevin. They sent a third plumber and the job still was not fixed. JWC had to hire another company to fix the toilet. Now it is flushing hard and the level is all back working correct. If anyone is reading this I employ and beg you PLEASE do not come to this company.

If zero stars was an option it would be a better rating for this company. They are totally taking advantage of people and WAY overcharging for their services. A repair that is estimated online to be a $100-150 job, this company gave us an estimate of $700 to fix ( and took about 5 minutes to complete, by the way). Luckily my husband is super handy and was able to do some googling and you tube videos and was able to get us fixed for $50, and that includes buying all of the equipment needed to sauder. We will NEVER use this plumber and I will make sure that everyone I know in the area doesn't use them either. Definitely scam artists as the other reviewer recently pointed out. You should be ashamed of yourself, fix it services!!

This company came out for a plumbing issue. I called the plumber and they gave me a timeframe between 12-3pm. Kevin arrived at at 4:15pm. Kevin told my wife he couldn't help us because our main sewer line access in under our house and that's too dangerous for them. We actually have a very generous crawl space compared to most Pier and Beam homes. Said he wanted $1000 to splice into the line and would have to dig a 2 foot tunnel. We declined. He said we still had to pay him the $65 service charge.

Called another plumber who came out within the hour and charged 1/3 of this without having to do any digging or splicing of lines.

Obviously these people only want money. Or they have no clue what they're doing.

Shawn was our technician and he is absolutely great. He was very prompt and courteous. He was so friendly. He took the time to answer our questions and believe me there were a lot of them. He is a very patient individual and shows genuine concern and the willingness to help. This company should be very honored to have him as part of the "Fix It Services family". He is an asset and he exhibits the qualities of an employee that any company would be proud to have. He is a real professional.

My rating for him is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Awesome people and amazing service. In addition to repairing a leaking bathtub, we purchased a water softener system and a RO system in the kitchen for drinking water.
Both systems are amazing and we recommend them highly.

Broken water line in December, 2019. They fixed it for $885. It broke again in June, 2020 - three months past their 90 day warranty.
No thanks. Never again.

So we had a slab leak, and with COVID-19 the insurance company really drug there feet on getting us squared away and check in hand (Over a month). Taylor from the office would call to check on us and see if we were ready. We told her yesterday we were finally money in hand... Joe and his crew (VERY professional and explained what was going on) were AWESOME!!!! They went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was solved, provided a solution and had everything complete shortly after I got home today from work... DEFINATELY recommend the crew at FIX-IT. It has been a long time since I have been impressed with the service we have received, they truly were great.

Dispatch is horrible about communication. Day of apt no show no call, we call to find out they had a supposed ER call and would not be coming until later if at all. I asked why we were not notified and was told because they were in a meeting. Later in the day no call still, we called to reschedule for next day. Day of apt we call 30mins before apt and are told plumber is in another town and he will call us 30mins before he was to show. We get a call at 1:20 from dispatch saying he is 30 mins away...an hour and 30mins later we call dispatch again. She puts us on hold than comes back saying he was stuck in traffic was 9 minutes away. When people have to physically be home for these appointments this is uncalled for as a professional business. We should not be having to chase the dispatcher to find out what's going on. It felt like one made up excuse after another. No one wants to wait around 2 working days for someone to show up especially when it has to do with plumbing. Not cool.
