This company came out for a plumbing issue. I called the plumber and they gave me a timeframe between 12-3pm. Kevin arrived at at 4:15pm. Kevin told my wife he couldn't help us because our main sewer line access in under our house and that's too dangerous for them. We actually have a very generous crawl space compared to most Pier and Beam homes. Said he wanted $1000 to splice into the line and would have to dig a 2 foot tunnel. We declined. He said we still had to pay him the $65 service charge.

Called another plumber who came out within the hour and charged 1/3 of this without having to do any digging or splicing of lines.

Obviously these people only want money. Or they have no clue what they're doing.

Shawn was our technician and he is absolutely great. He was very prompt and courteous. He was so friendly. He took the time to answer our questions and believe me there were a lot of them. He is a very patient individual and shows genuine concern and the willingness to help. This company should be very honored to have him as part of the "Fix It Services family". He is an asset and he exhibits the qualities of an employee that any company would be proud to have. He is a real professional.

My rating for him is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Awesome people and amazing service. In addition to repairing a leaking bathtub, we purchased a water softener system and a RO system in the kitchen for drinking water.
Both systems are amazing and we recommend them highly.

Broken water line in December, 2019. They fixed it for $885. It broke again in June, 2020 - three months past their 90 day warranty.
No thanks. Never again.

So we had a slab leak, and with COVID-19 the insurance company really drug there feet on getting us squared away and check in hand (Over a month). Taylor from the office would call to check on us and see if we were ready. We told her yesterday we were finally money in hand... Joe and his crew (VERY professional and explained what was going on) were AWESOME!!!! They went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was solved, provided a solution and had everything complete shortly after I got home today from work... DEFINATELY recommend the crew at FIX-IT. It has been a long time since I have been impressed with the service we have received, they truly were great.

Dispatch is horrible about communication. Day of apt no show no call, we call to find out they had a supposed ER call and would not be coming until later if at all. I asked why we were not notified and was told because they were in a meeting. Later in the day no call still, we called to reschedule for next day. Day of apt we call 30mins before apt and are told plumber is in another town and he will call us 30mins before he was to show. We get a call at 1:20 from dispatch saying he is 30 mins away...an hour and 30mins later we call dispatch again. She puts us on hold than comes back saying he was stuck in traffic was 9 minutes away. When people have to physically be home for these appointments this is uncalled for as a professional business. We should not be having to chase the dispatcher to find out what's going on. It felt like one made up excuse after another. No one wants to wait around 2 working days for someone to show up especially when it has to do with plumbing. Not cool.

If it were possible to give a ZERO rating, I would. I contacted this company earlier in the week, on a Monday, and they wanted me to schedule on Wednesday of the same week. I told them I needed to ask for the day off work. So we settled on Friday (today). I was told someone would arrive in a time window of 11 am - 3 pm and they would contact me when he was on the way, or if there was a problem. By 3 pm there was no communication. I called and was assured I was next, he was picking up supplies and would be there directly. I let them know I needed to go pick up my daughter from school and would be gone for about 30 min...I actually was gone less than 20 min. By 6 pm there was still no technician, nor any calls or messages from them. So I cancelled my dinner plans for the evening (keep in mind I already took a day of PTO to be home). By almost 7 pm...still no call, no tech. I called back and was asked to hold while they called the tech. No one ever returned to the line. I was on hold for over 5 min. So I hung up and called back. This time I got a young lady that did return to phone after a couple of moments, but I was advised after 7 pm the tech would be over 2 more hours. The main issue is communication. Don't expect much or accurate estimates of when they will arrive. Very disappointing after reading other reviews and I was hopeful it would be a good experience. They were friendly each time I called, but not honest about when they were capable of arriving. I know things happen. However, they not once did they initiate a call or message to keep me apprised. I had to do all the calling. Completely unprofessional. I have a faucet that will not turn off in one of my bathroom tubs and now have to take yet another day off work.
I'm contacting my home warranty company and asking for a different service to be assigned. I also paid the service fee upfront. Not happy.

Wow. These guys were so amazing. I had no idea what my problem was and they were able to assess and showed me how I could fix it myself. I felt so valued, like my own dad was helping me to learn about maintaining my first home. I just can't write enough good things. After a hectic move in and being taken advantage of by the moving company and other service professionals, this company treated me like family. I was in happy tears when Thomas left. Thank you so much. I will always call them for my plumbing needs.

We can't really assess the quality of their work since we never saw them. We scheduled an emergency plumbing appointment. Understandably, the emergency plumbing appointment before ours encountered more snares than expected. Our frustration was the lack of communication. Multiple times we were told that they'd be done in x amount of time and be at our house in an hour, only for the hour to pass, we call again, and repeat. We finally told them to cancel and were able to get a plumber out who showed up in the time promised.
