I called Juan late afternoon about an odor coming from my bathroom sinks and some tiny black flies, which from what I have read is not a good sign. His son Gabe came out early in the morning with his team member, took a look at my concerns and checked under the house as well. Thankfully there was nothing to worry about. Gabe was incredibly nice, did not rush and took time to talk to me about what might be causing the smell and the flies. When I had asked what the cost is for them coming out, they did not even charge me, normally and understandably they charge because it takes from their time to drive and look. The 5 stars is not because I was not charged, it is because Gabe and his father Juan were both courteous and honest not to mention accommodating and quick to help. They are DEFINATELY my go-to and I strongly recommend them! I love working with family owned businesses and appreciate Juan and Gabe' help, professionalism and honesty.

Recently we found that was water under our house with a shower and toilet leaking. Gabriel came out and assessed the situation and was just great very nice and professional. He and his team came out did a great job and i would highly recommend their service and will call them again if needed. Good to have a local plumbing service that is fair and dependable. The Fix-it plumber secretary was also very nice as she called me multiple times to keep me updated on all aspects of the job.

Fixit Plumbing replaced my Water Main from house to the street. I'm glad I did it when I did, just before it started to leak. Houses in neighborhood were having trouble. Gabriel showed up within a few hours of requesting a quote. He explained the procedure, and gave me a quote. The work was done fast and very professionally. We chose to dig through the yard to the main, and he did it in a way that disrupted very few shrubs. They made sure to check for utilities nearby and when completed was inspected by Building Inspector. No corners were cut. His price was very reasonable. (Glad I replaced the Water Main when I did.)

Fix it plumbing was a referral from a very close friend of mine, she spoke very highly of Juan, so I called him he came out and helped at one of my rentals with my water heater. All was great! I then had an issue with another rentals plumbing under kitchen sink two days before Christmas, and my tenants were having guests over for the Holiday. I called Juan up he said no problem he will gladly go over and check things out the following day. Well the following day came and no show, no call. I called left a message, he called back and said he couldn't make it out that day, but the following day he will be there I said no problem I just need it repaired, he said ""you got it, rest assured I'll take care of it"". He put my mind at ease such a nice guy how could I think otherwise. Long story short Christmas came and I was on the phone trying to find a plumber that wasn't asking for an arm and a leg to get out there on Christmas Eve.

He left a brief message 6:30pm Christmas Eve ""can't make it got caught up at another job"".

Now almost a year later needed a plumber again my friend said give him another call he's great, I thought ok it was the holidays, things happen. So I called left message he texted me right away ""can u please text me"" so I texted him with my issue he said ""out of town"", not available until Tuesday, I texted back ok can we schedule something for Tuesday, and I never got a reply from him.

Such a shame because he came across as honest and professional the one time he came out, just the type of person you'd want to do business with. Perhaps he didn't want my business, but at the least reply and don't leave your potential customers hanging I'm in the process of repiping my duplex units, and my personal home, on the hunt for a professional, reliable Company to work with.

I was in despair and in need of plumbing help right away! I searched and found Fit It Plumbing. I wasn't sure if they serviced Roseville, California but Juan explained he does service both areas. Fix-It plumbing has become my go-to plumbing professional. After interviewing four plumbers to replace 55' of decayed sewer main, I selected Fix-It plumbing. Juan responded to my request for an estimate and was out to our home the next morning. He brought his own camera and viewed the condition of the pipes for himself. We agreed that the line trenching method would be less invasive, considering the pipes were underneath a concrete porch. The work was completed in less than three days. They were reasonably priced and finished the job more quickly than the competitors' estimates. I'd recommend them and will be calling them again for future plumbing work.

This company is on time and professional. My experience was working with Juan A. He does a lot of work in the greater Sacramento/Placer area. This guy is top shelf, really personable and honest. He was clear with what would best benefit our situation regarding our damaged main line. He quoted the exact price of repair OTD and didn't up-sell. (Good fair price). Ask Juan about his lifetime warranty on ""his"" work. He came to my home once after the job to assess and remedy a small
plumbing issue on the main line that was not related to his work, no charge.
