Domingo was right on time to clear the clog in our sewer. It appeared that he wouldn't be able to clear it because the roots were too large, however, he gave it another try, and was able to break the roots down. We will need to fix the pipes, but at least we can use in the mean time. Thanks Juan and Domingo!

Juan and his team had repiped our small apartment building and we have been very happy with their job. Right from the time Juan came for the estimate and all through the job, he was a thorough professional. Their pricing was the best out of all the companies I called and he doesn't charge extra for any little thing that comes up.
The best part is that Juan was very concerned about my property and that the job should be done in a proper manner. He noticed some things that I would have missed and took care of them.
They also do bathroom remodels and he did a great job with a shower I needed remodeled in one of the units.
Juan is an honest and reliable man and that's rare these days. Most other companies I spoke with seemed like machines but Juan was the one with a heart and that showed in his work. Stay the same Juan and may your company grow from strength to strength.

I had a clogged sewer line and explained the whole thing to Juan. He said they could come out the next morning. They came out but only put a camera down the line to show me the offsets in the pipes. He tried to sell me a trenchless sewer line. I told him I called him to unclog the line. He said they don't really do little residential things anymore because it's too much trouble. He said maybe the clog is near the street. I called the county. The field inspector came out and said no clog near the street. He helped troubleshoot the clog and said it was near my second clean out. I called a plumber he gave me the number for who came out and snaked the line in only a few minutes. Juan wasted my time never planning to do what I asked of him.

Cheapest quote of all of the 5 plumbers I requested. Quality work done despite low cost. I did repiping of the house I.e. Removed all underground pipes to make them go through Sheetrock as it was leaking again and again under the cement slab.
Would recommend everybody.

We found Fix-It Plumbing via Home Advisors. My husband made an appointment for 5pm. I called at 11am the day of the appointment asking if they can come at 4pm, but if they couldn't we could still meet at 5. I did not speak to anyone but left a voicemail. FixIT voicemail said they return all calls within 10 minutes. We received NO response for Fix-It so we assumed that the appointment at 5 still stood.

At 4pm, my husband finally received a call back from FixIt saying that they would not be able to make a 4pm appt per my request...oh and by the way they were not going to make the original 5pm appointment either. They tried to make is sound like since I requested the change to an hour earlier, that forced then to not make both appointments!

Would have appreciated a call earlier in the day about our appointment. I would have given them 0 stars, but Yelp does not allow it.

Juan provided a great competitive quote and his crew did an awesome job! We replaced all plumbing to new copper, they added new faucets in both bathrooms, pipes to water heater and ice maker in the refrigerator and new anti-pressure valve for main faucet. We highly recommend Juan and his team for any/all plumbing jobs!

Love the competitive quote by Juan. Crew did an excellent job, even though there miscommunication somewhere down the line about pricing. They handle the resolutions in professional manner which a like. Even though I was surprise at the additional cost but It was reasonable. That kind of a rapport is hard to find.
Fix my waterline leak in a timely manner which I appreciate since time is money.

I needed a short pipe replaced in an easy-access area. It was a 2-hour job requiring nothing but two plastic to metal couplings, two cuts to the pipe and the insertion of a new piece. I guess I made a mistake by telling him I had a 20-unit building. When he texted me back with a bid he told me it would cost $1850--and that is during the week and normal business hours. I am sick to death of being overcharged by people who think I have money. One more plumber who tries to take advantage of customers. Maybe if you seem poor he gives a decent price, but the blatant price gauge for me was very upsetting. My handyman took care of it for his usual hourly rate. I was truly horrified by this bid. My doctor charged less per hour!

Last 2 times I have called with plumbing problems; they have said they were available, gave me a time they would be at my house and they did not show. No phone call - just no show. Meanwhile I have a flood in my house. Last time I call them.
