This company is on time and professional. My experience was working with Juan A. He does a lot of work in the greater Sacramento/Placer area. This guy is top shelf, really personable and honest. He was clear with what would best benefit our situation regarding our damaged main line. He quoted the exact price of repair OTD and didn't up-sell. (Good fair price). Ask Juan about his lifetime warranty on ""his"" work. He came to my home once after the job to assess and remedy a small
plumbing issue on the main line that was not related to his work, no charge.

I Highly recommend Fix-it Plumbing and if you can work with Juan A. than you have nothing to be concerned about.

Very poor workmanship. Very poor business not only with customers, but with his employees. Not punctual on time. Equipment is poor and his son who works for him has no plumbing education. Just a laborer. Take your time and look around for other plumbers. You get what you pay for. He comes in cheap because he does cheap unskilled work.

I live in community that has an HOA and the plumbing company that they contract with, quoted me $4700 to repipe my water main since direct bore drilling was requested. I called Juan at Fix it plumbing and gave me an estimate that was less, but he also addressed that he could fix it for a third of the price. the other company didn't even offer that option. Juan is a honest person that will give you several options to choose. great experience with them.

The guys replaced my main sewer pipe. The project was executed on time and as planned. I had a clog in the main line again the other day and called the office today. Gabe (the main foreman) responded within hours with another one of their guys, unclogged the line, then ran a camera,and discovered some roots from the city tree outside my front yard. He also did not charge me for the service, which was much appreciated.

Domingo was right on time to clear the clog in our sewer. It appeared that he wouldn't be able to clear it because the roots were too large, however, he gave it another try, and was able to break the roots down. We will need to fix the pipes, but at least we can use in the mean time. Thanks Juan and Domingo!

Juan and his team had repiped our small apartment building and we have been very happy with their job. Right from the time Juan came for the estimate and all through the job, he was a thorough professional. Their pricing was the best out of all the companies I called and he doesn't charge extra for any little thing that comes up.
The best part is that Juan was very concerned about my property and that the job should be done in a proper manner. He noticed some things that I would have missed and took care of them.
They also do bathroom remodels and he did a great job with a shower I needed remodeled in one of the units.
Juan is an honest and reliable man and that's rare these days. Most other companies I spoke with seemed like machines but Juan was the one with a heart and that showed in his work. Stay the same Juan and may your company grow from strength to strength.

I had a clogged sewer line and explained the whole thing to Juan. He said they could come out the next morning. They came out but only put a camera down the line to show me the offsets in the pipes. He tried to sell me a trenchless sewer line. I told him I called him to unclog the line. He said they don't really do little residential things anymore because it's too much trouble. He said maybe the clog is near the street. I called the county. The field inspector came out and said no clog near the street. He helped troubleshoot the clog and said it was near my second clean out. I called a plumber he gave me the number for who came out and snaked the line in only a few minutes. Juan wasted my time never planning to do what I asked of him.
