Update on July 13, 2018: We called Sam and his team for a second plumbing project and again they delivered. Consistency and quality still top notch. I reiterate my recommendation of Fix It Fast plumbing!

Great example of a reliable and trustworthy company! I reached out to Sam via Yelp messaging and he was quick to respond, ask the right questions about my plumbing needs, offered a very competitive price and set up a meeting for Saturday at 9am.

8:45am on Saturday (not late, but early! Yay!) his team shows up. We worked with Jaime on our plumbing needs. They put shoe covers on before entering the house, and showed a lot of professionalism to me and my Fiancé. Jaime was transparent with how he was going to perform the job and once complete walked me through his work and ensured I was happy. I was!

Great company, great team and I'm really happy that I found a Fix It Fast. Thanks Sam and Jaime!

Fixed my leaky kitchen sink the same day. I would have given a 5 star rating but I did have to wait a little longer than the 2 hour window they gave me. Jaime said it had been a very busy day for them so I did not mind so long as he did show up & got the job done! He was very professional, cleaned up after himself & didn't even mind my dogs checking up on him! I will definitely use Fix It Fast Plumbing again should the need arise.

I contacted Fix it Fast on a Sunday and they were able to come out to my house the following morning to give me a quote on the work I needed done. Jaime came and gave a very reasonable quote, he was very professional, got the work done very quickly, and cleaned up everything when he was done. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good information about the work he did and how to properly maintain it.

I have used several different plumbers since buying my house and Fix it Fast has been the best by far. I will continue to use Fix it Fast for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I contacted Fix it Fast on Wednesday for them to come out and fix my leaking kitchen sink. They told me they were working on a big job and could not come out until Friday afternoon at 2pm. I said no problem and I took a half day off at work just to be able to give them enough time to fix anything major if needed. It is now Friday afternoon and I have called them several times to try to get an answer on when they would be coming out Every time I call after 1 minute of being on hold it goes straight to there voicemail. After this experience I will never call them again. They made me miss a half day at work and they didn't even show up. They have horrible customer service. I have now contacted another plumbing company and have to wait an extra day.

Update. The owner reached out to me after writing this review and sent someone to come out. He did the job professionally and was very nice. The price was still very expensive even with a discount. I showed him what the competition was doing it for but he said this price was already at a discount.

This service is excellent. They were very quick to respond. Jaime was extremely helpful and very courteous . They fixed the problem we asked for and there were no surprises. The work they did was done quickly and professionally. They left the area clean with no mess to clean up. They are a bit pricey, but their rates are based on the job not on hourly. The work is Guaranteed for one year. I will definitely use them again

Would have been a five star were it not for the price.
From my initial phone call, to writing the check at the front door (a little painful), it was a very pleasant experience. The response by Jaime was immediate, and he could not have been more polite and professional. To be fair, Im no authority on plumbing cost these days, but my benchmark is, ""how much is it worth it to me not have to fix it myself"".
I'll definitely use the company again if the need arrises.
