The great team at Fix It Fast does it again! This time I had them come out to quote on my kitchen sink, plumbing, dishwasher plumbing, and to install a new faucet. Sam and William arrived within the time window we discussed and I listed all of my concerns that I have had to deal with since moving into my new place and Sam provided a scope of work and accompanying quote that made me decide to just take care of everything that day.

They left with the promise that one of their team members will come shortly to complete the job and sure enough Jaime came by with another team member (sorry his name escapes me right now!) and they finished the work and cleaned everything up appropriately. One of the specific tasks required a gentle and patient approach and Jaime kept me abreast of the progress and checked in with me every so often to confirm how I wanted specific details.

This would be the 4th employee I have met at Fix It Fast and all of them have been friendly and professional and have good customer-focused dispositions. I was ONCE AGAIN very pleased with the experience and they will continue to be my go-to moving forward on plumbing needs!

They came in, explained what the problem was. Sam suggested the least expensive way to do the job. They also replaced the tile in the bathroom saving me the problem of finding a flooring contractor. They cleaned up before they left.

Called this company in the morning to get an on-site quote to unclog my bathroom sink and install a new faucet. I requested the quote via yelp and received a response fairly quickly that a plumber could come the same day to review the issue and complete the work. I was happy to see how fast they replied but after the plumber didn't arrive within the appointment window I had to call to see what happened. It was already after 6pm and I was told that they were backed up and may not be able to come till later.

The person on the phone advised me to send pictures of the issue and they could give the quote over the phone. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was having guest so I'm not sure why they didn't ask for these pictures when we setup the appointment it could have saved me a lot of time. In the end I was told it would cost $250 to install my faucet and $79 to clear the clog! I was also advised this price included $20 off yelp discount! I wasn't expecting this price. It was too high for my budget and felt it was price gouging due to my necessity the day before thanksgiving. The person I spoke with at this company was nice about everything but I ended up declining their service and used another plumber the Friday after who only charged $90 to clear the clog and install the faucet. I was amazed at what a huge price difference it was. I originally gave 2 stars for this experience but updated to 3 since the manager replied and offered a free snaking in the future. I may never use this offer but it is a good will feature on the part of this company.

The studio attached to our house has a bathroom lower than the local sewer line, so the bathroom waste flows into a sewage tank that is then pumped up into our main sewer line. This stopped working, and a tank full of sewage is not something I felt like handling myself. Called Fix It Fast and they came out promptly, worked hard and politely, and discovered the rusted tank lid had crumbled and fragments had blocked the pump. They saved me the cost of a new pump, and also snaked the drain for tree roots (an ongoing problem.) Additionally, they procured and installed a new tank lid to replace the rusted-out one. Now the bathroom works again, the line is clear of roots, and the tank has a new lid. Very pleased with the service and the work!

An outside pipe leading to the valve and hose in the garden had corroded and required a dig up and removal and replacement. A couple of Plummers said they don't have time to schedule this job. Another Plummer wanted a fee to come look at it. Fix It Fast came out right away and fixed the problem and did a very good job too. Sam and his crew are on top of their game and were reasonable.

I've had two lingering issues: one minor, one somewhat major. I decided that whoever handles the minor issue well would be deserving of the more complex job. Sam quickly responded and came out to offer an estimate. Instead of talking me into a more expensive option (which three other plumbers attempted to do), he recommended just repairing the existing valve (others never said it was possible to repair) that would save me money. Since his price was very competitive I opted for a more expensive option to replace the valve. He asked a few times if I was sure. When is the last time a plumber wanted to save you money? His repairman was fast and clean. Job well done!

Onto a more complex job. We were told by previous plumbers that we had to have our sewer line replaced. Sam busted out his pipe snake camera and showed me the issue with my sewer line. Did he tell me that I need a whole new sewer line? Nope. Told me he can just spot fix the issue which again would save me money. Gave an excellent quote, set the appointment for the following Monday and was exactly on time. 4 hours later spot repair done!

Sam is our new plumber! Him and his guys should be yours as well!

I get straight to the point of my review. Fix It Fast pluming is exactly what their company name says and more. I'm almost in tears of how Sam and his staff takes care of me and to add honesty, reliable, availability and prices that you can work with are all extra bonuses of what you will receive when hiring them Being a single woman purchasing a house and maintaining that house is costly at times when repairs are needed and not having a man around some contractors might take advantage of you, but never Fix It Fast pluming. I will never have to hire a handyman for a experience plumber job again. I love Sam and his staff, I trust them in my house if I need to leave out while they are still working and I stand firmly behind them. Call them and work it out you'll see they are the best and I guarantee you you will feel the same. Thank you Sam and Fix It Fast. I really appreciate you guys and these are tears of joy and appreciation.

Update on July 13, 2018: We called Sam and his team for a second plumbing project and again they delivered. Consistency and quality still top notch. I reiterate my recommendation of Fix It Fast plumbing!

Great example of a reliable and trustworthy company! I reached out to Sam via Yelp messaging and he was quick to respond, ask the right questions about my plumbing needs, offered a very competitive price and set up a meeting for Saturday at 9am.

8:45am on Saturday (not late, but early! Yay!) his team shows up. We worked with Jaime on our plumbing needs. They put shoe covers on before entering the house, and showed a lot of professionalism to me and my Fiancé. Jaime was transparent with how he was going to perform the job and once complete walked me through his work and ensured I was happy. I was!

Fixed my leaky kitchen sink the same day. I would have given a 5 star rating but I did have to wait a little longer than the 2 hour window they gave me. Jaime said it had been a very busy day for them so I did not mind so long as he did show up & got the job done! He was very professional, cleaned up after himself & didn't even mind my dogs checking up on him! I will definitely use Fix It Fast Plumbing again should the need arise.
