Established my business in 1986 as a side venture. Grew into a full-time business. Temporarily halted the business due to a move away from Fresno. I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to fix nearly everything. Regrettably, the Fresno handyman license restricts my work to projects not exceeding $500, materials included. In the 80s, I repaired and installed air conditioning units. I undertook complete rewiring of houses, adding new breaker panels, outlets, and switches. I excel at identifying and resolving electrical issues. I have experience in home painting, including work on government and commercial buildings. I built homes and renovated commercial spaces. I was responsible for the apartments opposite Fresno State and multiple complexes throughout Fresno. Nowadays, most tasks require a contractor's license due to updated regulations. The good news is that any work agreed upon under the Fresno City handyman license cannot exceed $500, including materials.
