Established my business in 1986 as a side venture. Later expanded to full-time operations. Had to pause operations when relocating from Fresno. I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to fix nearly everything. Unfortunately, the City of Fresno's handyman license limits me to jobs under five hundred dollars, including materials. In the 80s, I repaired and installed air conditioning units. I completed full rewiring projects, including new breaker panels, outlets, and switches. My expertise lies in troubleshooting electrical issues. I also painted homes, including government buildings and commercial properties. I built homes and renovated commercial spaces. I managed the apartments across from Fresno State and several complexes in the area. Current laws have evolved, necessitating a contractor's license for most jobs. Fortunately, work done under the Fresno City handyman license is capped at $500, materials included.
