It all began when my wife and I connected with a real estate owner who managed several residential properties and houses. He proposed a role, despite we lacked experience. He liked that we were able to various languages, and he mentioned that we seemed like quick learners. We took the job and managed many of his units, with my wife as the building manager and myself as the maintenance worker. We have managed buildings in Northridge, CA.
I have always had private clients for fixes needed in units or residences, and now I am working to make my independent work my very own business.
