It all began when my wife and I met a landlord who operated several residential properties and houses. He proposed a job opportunity, even though we had no experience. He appreciated that we spoke various languages, and he noted that we appeared like adaptable individuals. We accepted the position and managed many of his units, with my wife as the site supervisor and myself as the repair technician. We’ve also overseen buildings in Northridge.
I always had additional customers for maintenance needed in apartments or houses, and now I aspire to make my independent work my personal enterprise.
