The journey started when my wife and I encountered a property owner who operated several residential properties and houses. He offered us a role, despite we lacked experience. He appreciated that we were able to multiple languages, and he noted that we seemed like quick learners. We took the job and took care of many of his units, with my wife as the property manager and myself as the repair technician. We have taken care of buildings in Northridge.
I have always had additional customers for repairs needed in homes or properties, and now I am working to make my freelance work my own venture.
