It all began when my wife and I met a landlord who operated several residential properties and houses. He presented us with a management position, despite we lacked experience. He valued that we were able to several languages, and he mentioned that we appeared like quick learners. We took the job and took care of many of his units, with my wife as the property manager and myself as the repair technician. We’ve also overseen buildings in Northridge, CA.
I always had private clients for repairs needed in apartments or houses, and now I aspire to make my freelance work my own business.
