Our story began when my wife and I connected with a real estate owner who operated several multifamily units and homes. He presented us with a management position, although we had no experience. He valued that we spoke various languages, and he noted that we seemed like fast learners. We accepted the position and overseen many of his units, with my wife as the property manager and myself as the repair technician. We have managed buildings in Northridge, CA.
I have always had side clients for repairs needed in units or houses, and now I aim to make my independent work my personal venture.
