It all began when my wife and I encountered a property owner who managed several multifamily units and houses. He offered us a role, despite we had no experience. He liked that we spoke various languages, and he noted that we appeared like fast learners. We accepted the position and took care of many of his properties, with my wife as the site supervisor and myself as the repair technician. We have taken care of buildings in Northridge.
I have always had side clients for repairs needed in apartments or residences, and now I am working to make my freelance work my own business.
