At about 4:30pm I got home from taking the kids for a walk and my wife told me she thought the main line was clogged because the toilets had backed up and there was poop in the tub.

By 7:30pm (and this is on a friday) I was all set thanks to Five Star. They responded to my quote request within minutes and sent Anthony Carlson straight over. Before he came Anthony gave me a quote. And after he snaked the main line and got rid of the clog, he ran a camera up to check everything out. And when he was done what he asked for was what he quoted.

Great Plumber! I had a water pressure regulator that need replacement and called another plumber who quoted me three times more than what Justin charged for the same job! After having three different leak detection companies try to find the leak in my cold water pipes under my slab, then having a half dozen or more plumbing companies come out to give me a quote to repair the leak. They all wanted to do a repipe for $8,000-$12,000 which didn't include all the drywall repair and paint job. Justin was the only one that was able to figure out how to do a reroute of my cold water pipe for under a quarter of what all the other plumbing companies wanted. Justin started the very next day after he came out to give me a quote, he work hard and long hours to complete the job in two days. Justin at Five Star Plumbing was professional, honest, definitely the best plumbing company in San Diego County. On top of that, Debbie in the office is extremely helpful, kind, respectful, and always return my calls. I recommend that you only call Five Star Plumbing.

Justin was knowledgeable, honest on our kitchen sink leak repair. Our previous Insinkerator food disposal machine was poorly installed by a prior owner and was leaking over time. It was so bad that the metal flanges were corroded!

Justin arrived and assessed the problem thoroughly and suggested on replacing the whole disposal due to the bad corrosion that could not be avoided. He tried at first to remove only the corroded parts but it only made matters worse if he did.

Within an hour, Justin went to our local Home Depot - purchased a new food disposal of reasonable price and installed it perfectly.

Two weeks later, sink and food disposal is working fine with no leaks.
