I've hired Justin for a couple jobs now. The first was to fix a leak that was between my upstairs and downstairs bathroom. He identified the problem and fixed it promptly. He also referred me to someone who sealed up the dry wall and painted it, making it look as though nothing ever happened.

I also had Justin come out to replace my parents' kitchen faucet. I had banked on doing it myself, but the previous faucet's nut had completely rusted over and wouldn't budge. He took care of that easily and also swapped out the poorly installed garbage disposal tube which was trapping water - which smelled horrible!

He's now the go-to plumber for both our households. Highly recommend!

We had a leaky faucet and tried to install a new one on our own but couldn't quite finish. We contacted Justin and he responded very quickly and was able to come out the next day when we got home from work. He was super quick and installed it perfectly! We called several plumbers out. Bill Howe Plumbing tried to gaslight us which I did not appreciate. We had a water leak at our meter that needed fixing. Shower handle broke off while the shower was on, so we had to rush and shut off the water and figure out who was coming out here at 6-something on December 23. Justin was great! He was out in 30 mins, fixed our problem, adjusted it when needed, and we were able to use our shower that night. Super important because we only have one bathroom and one shower. Thank you so, so much! Finally, a plumber I like and would use again.
