I have used Five star plumbing twice in last 3 months. Once for replacing damaged water pressure regulator valve and other for my toilet seal leakage. The owner Mr Justin did fabulous job both the time. He is very honest. I would like to consider his service in future too.

Justin was awesome. I needed some new water valves put in with a new faucet in my new old home we purchased. There was also a leak I had in our garage. He was able to give me an estimate and had time to do the work right then and there. He knows what he's doing. I love that it's a family business and that I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off. What he did was worth the price to me. I'm happy to have found our plumber and I'm sure we'll be using him as well. His mom was super fantastic at communication as well. Need a plumber? This is where it's at. :)

Wow, what an exceptional company. I had some issues with a water heater. Sent Five Star Plumbing a request for a quote. Justin went over and above and wrote me some detailed instructions on how to deal with the manufacturer. When the parts arrived, he came over and installed them for a reasonable price. Let me tell you, other requests for quotes ranged from 3x to 7x the cost and none took the time to really figure out what the problem may be before quoting a price. Justin is awesome, and above all, he's honest. That's a rare trait in companies nowadays that just want to take your money as fast as you're able to give it to them. I will definitely be hiring Five Star Plumbing for future needs.

Got a quote quickly from Justin about a leaking bathtub faucet. We set up an appointment and he was on time and ready to go. He examined what needed to be done and picked up the necessary parts for the job. The work was done in a timely manner and he cleaned up what little mess he made. Hopefully we won't need a plumber for awhile but if we do, we know who to call. If you want the job done right, and for a fair price Justin is your guy!

Great service and fair prices. I had 5 Star install some toilets, faucets, and drains. They performed the work in a timely manner and the price was LESS than the original quote.

Additionally, I recently completed an entire home remodel and noticed that there were water marks showing up on my newly installed drywall. I called 5 Star and they came by my home within 30 minutes and were able to quickly diagnose the problem. The issue stemmed from faulty water pipes installed by a contractor hired to remodel our master bath. I did not use 5 Star to fix the pipes as I had the original contractor come back to repair their own mistakes, but more importantly 5 Star was there when I needed them and helped diagnose the issue at no cost. Justin and Debbie are a pleasure to work with and I will continue to use 5 Star in the future.
