I contacted them from yelp and communicated with them via text. I arranged to have them come the following day and they gave me a time frame on when to expect the plumber to arrive. I waited all morning for them and contacted them via text and phone to confirm they were still coming (maybe they were stuck in traffic or something?) I did not receive a response back and their voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message.

I am a very patient person but this is unacceptable. I do not recommend working with these plumbers. My leak will now continue to get worse until I can contact ANOTHER plumber which will again take hours to get an appointment.

Our kitchen pipes were clogged and they were able to come within 45 minutes. They were very knowledgeable and gave us honest opinions. We will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. I live in an old apt building in Brooklyn so there's always issues with my pipes and plumbing. Igor is the only person I'll trust with them. He always shows up on time, does the job for a reasonable price and is available whenever you need him. I highly recommend this business.
