Kathleen D.I contacted them from yelp and communicated with them via text. I arranged to have them come the following day and they gave me a time frame on when to expect the plumber to arrive. I waited all morning for them and contacted them via text and phone to confirm they were still coming (maybe they were stuck in traffic or something?) I did not receive a response back and their voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message.
I am a very patient person but this is unacceptable. I do not recommend working with these plumbers. My leak will now continue to get worse until I can contact ANOTHER plumber which will again take hours to get an appointment.
