I relied on the Yelp reviews to hire this company, and I met the man they all rave about in those reviews. Patrick is indeed quite the professional. He's a competent plumber who is totally customer oriented. He had my new water heater installed in a couple of hours while he also went to three parts houses to find a larger enclosure because of an odd pipe that was in the configuration. (not typically found in a Lakewood house)

He was prompt, considerate, and courteous while educating me on the benefits of copper piping. He and his very competent helper, Warren, even took the time to talk to our 4 year old neighbor who was fascinated by the ""workers installing a big water heater."" I was so impressed by both of them that I hired them on the spot to come back in a couple of days to replace some pipes and check the condition of my Floor Heater.

They hauled away the old Water Heater and shed, and his prices are very competitive with those in the area. It was my pleasure to meet such two genuinely nice guys who value their customer's and are motivated to do the job to the customers complete satisfaction. All in all, it was a great experience.

Last night my tenant called to say that the bathtub backed up. I called Fitzgerald Plumbing at 7 pm, Patrick called me back within 5 minutes, provided him with tenants information and he took it from there. He was there first thing in the morning, called me when completed, updated me, and paid for it over the phone. What a pleasure Patrick was to work with. He made it so easy. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Fitzgerald Plumbing.

We had an issue with our water heater back in December. Patrick got back to us right away and came over to assess the situation. He gave us all our options, but we decided it would be best to replace since our old water heater was at least 7-8 years old.

Patrick came back the next day and did a complete upgrade and install. It is amazing the difference a new hot water heater makes. We can now take a shower and not have the hot water run out. We should have made the switch a long time ago.

I highly recommend Fitzgerald plumbing. Very professional and easy to work with. I will call them for any future needs.

When it comes to tradespeople it does not get better than Patrick. Professional, honest, and high quality work. During the inspection phase of a home I purchased it was discovered that there were a few root balls and some obstructions in my mainline. I hired Patrick to install a clean out and hydro jet the mainline. After the job was complete he showed me the mainline on the camera and it looked like a clean new pipe. After they cleaned up, it looked like they had never even been there, save for a barely noticeable access plate in my flower bed. I highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing for any of your plumbing repair needs and I will certainly be calling on them again for other projects in the future.

I called Patrick early this morning because our water heater went out with no explanation (it's brand new ). He was so friendly and understanding and even adjusted his busy schedule to swing by to fix it for us since he knew how terrible it would be without a water heater in the cold!

Sent a message overnight on a Friday because our hot water heater stopped working, and Patrick responded first thing Saturday morning with his availability and with questions on what needed to be done. Before he came out he asked via text for various pictures that would help him ensure he had all the right tools and potential parts when he came out, which i had not experienced with other contractors before and which i thought was a really smart way to save time and be more efficient, which i loved.

Patrick came out on Sunday and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I asked him about working on weekends, and he mentioned that he doesn't mind because with some of the issues even things that aren't serious emergencies (like our not having hot water) can feel like it under certain circumstances, like if you have elderly residents or babies in the house. Little did he know that we do have a baby, and that's one of the reasons why we wanted to get our water heater fixed ASAP. Patrick was professional, friendly, and super cool and I highly recommend him and this company.
