Patrick is very knowledgeable and efficient. he came right out to give us a free estimate.
he set an appointment right away- advising me and helping me choose the right gas fireplace insert for our fireplace... he installed it and did an inspection that left us very satisfied and confident we had a wonderful plumber for as long as we live in the area!
Good honest and kind people are so nice to meet! Prices are reasonable and the quality of work I highly recommend... Keeps your house clean and gets the job done! and guarantees his work too! doesn't get any better...

This is my first time utilizing Fitzgerald Plumbing and I am extremely happy I did. My bathroom sink was non-functional and Patrick not only fixed the issue, but went above and beyond what I expected by fixing a couple of minor issues that were not in the original quote. Now THAT'S quality!! He was prompt, courteous, professional and I felt his prices were very fair. He also has a pretty good sense of humor! I am a senior citizen and at this stage of my life, I don't hold back my opinions, particularly the truth. Young Mr. Patrick Fitzgerald arrived at my home on time. When I laid my eyes on him I thought, ""Oh, oh!...a youngster. Here we go Lord!"".

Patrick addressed me with respect. He completed the job and the youngster showed his skills! I had no choice but to shut my mouth because I was absolutely amazed and believe me, it takes a lot for me to keep quiet when I suspect a person to be a handyman rather than a plumber.

Folks out there, you have no idea how long I have been looking for a plumber who is honest, skilled, polite and did not look at me and think, ""Oh...she is old! I can con the heck out of her and name my own price"". No...young Patrick did the opposite. So, I got on the phone and informed my elderly friends about young Patrick and his trustworthiness.

I called in the morning, and he had the issue fixed by 2pm...also, a very appreciative and friendly person. I found Fitzgerald Plumbing on the local Nextdoor app and am so glad I did!! Had a main sewer that needed cleaning out and Patrick came by after 5 o'clock, which most probably wouldn't do, and did a terrific job! He kept me posted on his arrival time, was super clean while doing the job, quoted me a more than fair price, and was very courteous and friendly! Would not hesitate to call Patrick again!

Our water heater went out on Easter Sunday. We had seen great feedback on the Next Door app for Patrick, so I called Sunday evening to leave a message for Monday morning. He answered the phone on a holiday Sunday! He was here Monday afternoon, had to order parts and was back Tuesday to finish repair. He is extremely courteous and friendly. We will definitely call him again for plumbing needs!

Beware!! This is my experience. Made an appointment well in advanced. Live in a condo so i had to make the proper arrangements. Texts me he's running early if this is ok to push our appointment up. Sure no problem not 10 mins later calls that he got an emergency call from a recently widowed woman, who's house is flooding. Im a compassionate person but this reeks of b.s.. Hey patrick if u don't want the job say so. Don't make me miss work , jump thru hoops with the association, and have a house full of guest with one shower. I counted on you to keep your appointment and didnt even hagle on pricing with u.I should have been skeptical of only four reviews but i like to support small businesses .i do not recommend this plumbing servicer. Try being honest with your clients.

Best plumber I've ever had come out and help me. We had a pipe outside burst last night. Called this morning (Sunday). Said he could be here between 1 & 1:30. I sent him some pictures via text. Told me how much and we agreed. Showed up just after 1, started working on it. Turned out to be worse than we thought. Had to dig out to the feed from the street. Charged me $50 more than originally. He did awesome work, didn't charge me for being a Sunday, and was priced better than any plumber I have used in the past. I would never use another plumber again.
