We were impressed with William, our technician! He was friendly and professional. He covered everything around and near the areas he had to work. He cleaned everything when he was done. He let us know what was going on. In the morning he had help from James who was equally as friendly. He did the rest of the work himself in the afternoon. Then he handed the job over to Leo who is the best drywall artist I have ever seen! I wish we had known both Fitzgerald Plumbing and Leo for jobs we have had done in the past.

We had a plumbing problem in the middle of the night. I had to turn off the main water line to the house so we had no water. I called 3 other plumbers but none could come out when I needed them to. I made appointments with them but kept calling other plumbers. I called FITZGERALD PLUMBING and 45 minutes later they arrived. The plumber Chris showed up clean wore shoe protectors to protect our flooring, diagnosed our problem and gave us four different options and prices to chose from on how we wanted the problem fixed. He gave us a timetable on how long the job would take and he was right on target. I would I strongly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing to anybody needing a plumber. A+ service.

The reason I would not call them again is because they overcharge & use high pressure sales. I called for an estimate for water heater descale & a/c tune up & they were able to come out the same day, which was great. The descale quote was double what I usually pay & I was charged over $100 to replace 2 filters on the a/c. Im grateful the guy told me the new ac was a closed unit & didn't need a tune up unless it want working properly. I also requested a quote to replace a kitchen sink, & another guy came out and quoted $2,600 . Do, thats when I decided to wait and looked them up.... its seems overcharging may be a pattern, so no I will not call them. Maybe they make commission... im not certain why its so hard to find quality work at a fair price anymore. A bit disappointed.

my toilet was running due to a broken floating ball thing. service tech took a look and quoted me $400+ to replace the toilet. me: I don't need a toilet. how much to fix it. him: $300.
I called my out of town plumber. in and out, including $75 travel charge. $180.
brutal experience. do not call Fitzgerald plumbing.

If I could go 0 stars! I had backup in bathroom & sewer line. Found them online. Excellent reviews. Mike was kind but his company sales tactics and management acting skills are on point & fear induced sales clique got me at my low point. Their estimate was option 1 $1050, Option 2 $1750. After unsealing both toilets and using his augers to make a shitty mess in both bathrooms he now saying they need to cut into the side wall concrete etc. Option 3 $5000! In the meantime my DISABLED parents and baby boy has no access to a toilet or shower till 9 next day. They take $549 as down. Meanwhile the bathrooms has poo all over. Next day the credit app did not approve and we get left with a mess & helpless feeling. Told them my credit sucks. We will work with you. My boss is a nice guy. Said find another plumber. Negligent and SCAM. Do NOT believe a word they say. Over priced & liars. Called Mr. Rotter. The guy got his tools. Opened up vent pipe by front door sent auger with camera and found the clog in our sewer line. Unclogged the thing in 30 minutes. Started up the water just in time for my 81 yrs old day to use the toilet. Would of cost $99. But now he has to reseal both toilets & clean the mess. Cost $414.00. GOD saved me somehow! FITZGERALD Plumbing SUCKS AND ARE THIEVES. This took place on Jan 27 to Jan 28 2024. BEWARE!

We had a broken hot water line underneath our kitchen sink. Fitzgerald plumbing sent Leo out the next day, Saturday, to access our problem. We had 60+ year old galvanized pipes for our water lines and drains and had been having numerous issues over the last 6 months. We could have had just had the problem pipe replaced but since it was on our list we went all the way and had the house replumbed from the street in and all of our drain lines replaced also, as well as, replacing our old water heater and enclosure. We met with Patrick the owner to get a quote and work started the next morning.

The staff was very thorough and professional, they did a great job and got a lot of work done in a short period of time. They also made sure to leave us one working bathroom at the end of each day so we could stay in the house. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing to my friends and family.

I called this company last week as I had an old floor furnace that suddenly stopped working. Leo from this company came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem and ended up rebuilding the furnace from under the house. It has been working great ever since. However, it was very costly and I didn't take the time to price compare. After calling a couple of HVAC companies, I was just happy to find a knowledgeable technician. Very pleasant company to work with.

We had an outdoor waterline burst. Although I could turn off the flow, it stopped all of our landscaping and koi pond irrigation. Fitzgerald Plumbing was prompt in assessing the problem and providing an estimate. They did a great job in rerouting the pipes and restoring service. I highly recommend this company for high quality service and repair.
