So sad. Fisher was my ""go to"" plumbing company for several years. I spoke with Paul Fisher directly numerous times. Handled several major plumbing issues for my house and my rental property.

Changed. The last time they came out, they failed to fix the problem. I called NUMEROUS times, but no manager ever called me back. I asked to speak with Paul, but was told he was on vacation in Thailand.

SILENCE IS GOLDEN! It cost us a pretty penny, but our problem seems to be solved. We had been plagued for months by a mysterious, intermittent screeching sound that seemed to be emanating from all the plumbing throughout our home. Turned out to be a failing fill valve in one toilet. Worth paying the experts to have peace and quiet restored. Thanks, Fisher Plumbing!

I'm updating this review because the business owner reached out to me several times and from what I gather--it was a misunderstanding on the manager's part who made the call to charge me. I ended up not paying--and I heard feedback from friends who have been customers for years that fisher does good work. Experience still leaves a bad taste in my mouth but the next time I need a plumber, I'd be willing to give them another try and will update my review then. Two lessons: 1) you only get one chance to make a first impression. 2) sincere apologies work! :)

Very quick service! I called around 1:00pm. The plumber was here by 4:00pm! What a pleasant receptionist/dispatcher! I've used Fisher Plumbing for years! You'll never regret calling them.

After paying 375.00 for a mini 25 foot hydro jet then being told that I should have the line camera and that it would cost around 225.00 but would have been free if the camera was on the truck I'm not real happy. Also found out that Fisher plumbing which I have used regularly and have been real happy with is now owned by ""A Dee Do"" plumbing. If you call them out beware that your not getting your local long time trusted Fisher plumbing who actually evaluated the problem and charged accordingly.

This was my first time use Fisher Plumbing. I was concerned about a smell that I thought might be from a backed up line or something. The tech looked around but didn't do any unnecessary worked. He talked about a few things I could do which was helpful. He didn't not charge me for his time. Most companies charge a fee just to come to your house. I really appreciate the courtesy call.

so i'd like to start with they fixed my problem at a fair price. the technician, steven, was professional and courteous. i had some issues with office communication, appoint scheduling, and technician arrival time (which i hadn't had in the past and i really blame this on office staff). when i told doug the manager about my issues he listened and apologized for any inconvenience and i appreciated that. i will continue to do business with them because i have have had a good experience overall in the past.
