If this place's unprofessionalism wasn't enough after talking over 2 months to try and deflect my review, the rebuttal was nothing but lies. I could have respected someone who would of said ""we are generally on top of things unfortunately your job slipped through the cracks and we apologize...."" But I can see from previous reviews left by others my case seems to be the norm.
First off I spoke to my landlord a few months ago and he said no one had called him and he was unaware of the crack but understood it could happen and said he would send someone else out to fix that. When I showed him the flowerbed which is something I had created myself with my own money he was blown away. I know my land lord would have never turned down an offer to fix these things for free and I personally would have liked someone to come fix my flower bed so i could have some flowers in it once again this spring. That was MY money down the drain.

And yes they do sub out work. The first person who came to snake put the drain had a company shirt on identifying him as an employee. He was clearly driving a company van also identifying the business, The guy who did our job had a plain white van no logo or anything and plain clothes and when he had asked me for payment, unaware of the situation I had straight asked him if he was subcontracted and he confirmed it. I told him he would need to get his payment from Fischer.

Lying and dishonesty are a pet peeve of mine. So after reading the rebuff of my original review I have made it a point to let my entire neighborhood know what had happened and not to use this place. My landlord who they claim was happy with their job owns houses in this neighborhood and he stated he would never use them again. We will stick with our regular plumber and the only reason he didn't get this job is because their insurance changed they were no longer able to do roof cleanouts which is what we have.

Honesty will get you a long way i this business.

Your mileage may vary, but this review is honest. I've had Fisher Plumbing come out to clear badly clogged lines twice - once was a kitchen drain that two other plumbers had failed to clear, the other was the main sewer line between the house and the street. Both times, they did a great job. They have plenty of equipment, which many plumbers don't, so they could deal with very long lines and differing pipe diameters. Their pricing is quite reasonable and there's no pressure to upsell you services that you don't need - unlike the franchised rooter companies that are operated by thieves (I'll never call them again). Plumber Tony was pleasant and efficient, and cleaned up well when finished (both times, same guy). There was no extra charge to run a camera down into my sewer line so I know exactly what's going on down there, and what to expect in the future. Their ads say you can call and talk to the owner, and you really can - I did, and found Paul to be a straight-shooter, and credible. I've had many bad experiences with plumbers and especially with rooter companies, and I am VERY skeptical about all of them. Fisher Plumbing has been, in my experience so far, honest and competent, and I will definitely call them again.

Paul Fisher and his team of plumbers provided my family with excellent customer service. Paul came out to personally inspect the job site on several occasions and made adjustments to anything that was not properly installed. Paul Fisher and his team have been our plumbers for over 20 years and we could not recommend them more highly due to their integrity, honesty and excellent work. Yesterday, I called Fisher Plumbing for my second plumbing emergency. I explained to the receptionist that our water heater no longer functioned and when I called the Gas Co., they said I had a gas leak and turned off my gas line to the back of our house, which also turned off our home heater, as well. She scheduled me for the next day and the plumber assigned to my problem, Julio, agreed to come at 8 am the next morning. He was right on time and brought his enthusiastic assistant, Eddie. They not only worked diligently to solve the problem, which required a new water heater, with the removal of my 7 year old failed one, but they tested the area the Gas Co. reported a leak, using a solution which they totally covered the suspected leak area and found absolutely NO BUBBLES, showing there was NOT a leak.
They were able to restart my home heater and new water heater, after our gas service was restored.
I had a friend with me who was an expert and had offered to help. They accepted his presence
graciously and they both took great pride in doing the job right and honored the very reasonable fee quoted for a new water heater by the receptionist.

Julio and Eddie were extremely professional and repaired our toilet issue quickly. They called 20 minutes before arrival, to confirm that I was at home, arrived at the exact time they confirmed on the phone, repaired the toilet issue (while educating me on what was causing the problem as well as what is being fixed), and completed the work in less than 15 minutes. They were professional, kind, and honest workers. We will definitely call Fisher Plumbing for any future repairs. Thank you, Julio and Eddie.

Paul Fisher and his crew came out after the previous plumber tried and failed to clear a laundry room line. Fisher Plumbing scheduled us next day to replace the entire line (the line was sixty years old and had failed due to tree roots). Their crew showed up on time; removed the old line and installed a new one; a total of fifty feet. Work was outstanding and crew was fast and efficient. We had a toilet stoppage issue in our home & I messaged Fisher Plumbing for a quote. They were very quick to reply with not only a quote, but also available same day appointments. I called to book an appointment and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She booked the time I wanted and even called back later to offer me an earlier appointment time.

Alberto arrived within the first half hour of my appointment time and was very friendly. He got to work to resolve the issue immediately. He was very communicative about what he was doing and even gave me some tips to keep the problem from happening again.

I appreciated dealing with friendly staff, having the issue resolved the same day and I felt I was given a fair price.

I called Fisher plumbing for a 2nd opinion on a sewer drain issue as I felt the first estimate I had received seemed extremely high. The first Plumber told me our sewer drain was collapsing and we would have to replace the pipe underneath house, the job could take up to 3 days, we would have to tear up our floors and it would cost $1000s to repair. Julio and Eddie from Fisher came out and diagnosed the same drain and found no major issues, just some slight maintenance needed. I am relieved our issues were minor and will definitely use Fisher services going forward. Thanks Julio & Eddie!
