Today, Kevin came to our house. We have had Fisher many times to our home, but by far, Kevin was the best. He showed up on time, introduced himself and then did a great job. He was honest and forthright about what he thought our plan of attack should be. He worked quickly, professionally, and carefully. He felt like he could be trusted for which we are grateful. From now on we will always request that Kevin be our plumber.

I used them a bunch of times in the past but this time they were ready to jackhammer my laminate-covered slab in the family room because their camera showed a drain blockage. Supposedly needed to replace a section of steel drainpipe.Estimated $6200 without the laminate cost. Turns out another company hydro flushed the drain, that's all it needed and I saved 6K! 2nd opinions always a necessity for these expensive jobs.

Had called Fisher Plumbing for my water heater they had previously install the current one . unfortunately the tank was old and needed to be replaced. I meet Kevin Perdomo he was our technician I have to said this company should give him a higher position for what he knows Kevin did an excellent job very professional and respectful he definitely deserved a good bonus from his company no words to describe on how happy my husband and I are . Kevin took his time to show every step on what he was doing super super knowledgeable on his job thank you very much from the excellent job done. I will definitely recommend this company to other !10 yrs warranty if anything goes wrong with the new water heater

I have used Fisher plumbing for a couple of years. Always thought they were honest. But today is different. I had set up an appointment the day before for 4pm-6pm. When 5:30pm came no technician came so I called the office. I spoke with a lady name Erica and said no appointment was set up. I was mad, but Erica was able to get me an appointment same day between the time 6-8pm. A Supervisor named Donnie came and looked at the problem. I had a broken pvc pipe that connected to a metal pipe. What I thought was a simple fix became a quote of $7000-$9000. All what needed to be done was just to simply put a new pvc pipe no longer than 8inches. The supervisor/ technician said it will cost $900-$1100 to do the work. I said that it is still high. Then he said since they missed the appointment initially he is willing to do the work for $500. Which I thought is still a ridiculous price. I feel like the Donnie was trying to take advantage of us, because I said that the fire department had to shut off the water from the main line because the water will just keep running. I called because our whole house has no access to water. I think he was quoting us so high because he thought we are in need and desperate for the water to be turn back on the house. I just feel like no one is honest anymore, all they want is your money.

Great, fast service. They have great guys (like Pablo) who really follow up. Both Pablo and the coordinator (Erica) called me when he was 30 minutes away, as I requested so I didn't have to just wait there all day. They then called me after to ensure I was happy and had everything I needed. It's a big crew so they always have someone available to come out quickly in an emergency. They also guarantee the work or they'll come back as often as you need.

I needed a plumber to imbed the water line to the ice maker for my refrigerator into the wall instead of sticking out of the wall

Roger was extremely clear about what he was going to do and if there were any issues we may come across. He worked quickly and carefully working around the beams inside the wall to keep there from being any unintended consequences.

So sad. Fisher was my ""go to"" plumbing company for several years. I spoke with Paul Fisher directly numerous times. Handled several major plumbing issues for my house and my rental property.

Changed. The last time they came out, they failed to fix the problem. I called NUMEROUS times, but no manager ever called me back. I asked to speak with Paul, but was told he was on vacation in Thailand.
