Spectacularly disappointed. Great marketing, easy schedule process, I blocked out time out of my day for the appointment, then they called to let me know that the ""appointment"" I booked online wasn't really an appointment and we would need to reschedule. They spent a FORTUNE in marketing getting me to pick up the phone. Then blew it by not setting a ""real"" appointment online. Too bad. Very disappointing.

We recently had Justin with Fiscor come out to service our furnace before the cold weather hits, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional and thorough. They made some minor repairs to ensure everything was running smoothly, and now our furnace is quieter and more efficient than ever! It's a relief to know my kids won't freeze their butts off this winter. we really appreciate the peace of mind and the quality work Fiscor provided. Highly recommend! They found some ducting issues that they'll take care of in the next few days, looking forward to their return. Will update when complete!

Maintenance service requested. Unable to get a verbal response/commitment for an appointment.Once an appointment was confirmed, no one showed up. If you need a service provider to be committed and professional about their work, then I do not recommend these people. I can only imagine what the results of their work would look like.

Fiscor cuts corners and provides terrible customer service. These guys made a mess of my home, they're full of excuses and terrible follow through. The owner is not responsive and will not get involved to rectify issues even after being asked multiple times. Avoid a headache and go with a more reliable company with more experience and integrity. I'd give them zero stars if I could. There are much better options in Sedona and the verde valley.

I'm glad to see that Kevin (the owner of Fiscor) decided that it was a better idea to respond to my review on this ""anonymous"" platform instead of returning a concerned and upset customers multiple attempts at reaching him. This is Fiscor in a nutshell and I'm glad that everyone can see his response that outlines how these people do business. Instead of returning my calls he chose this passive aggressive response, claiming he's going to call me about my fake review. This is not a fake review, I also left out a lot of details that will paint an even uglier and more accurate description of my experience. Now I'm compelled to share my entire experience through additional platforms. Way to go, Kevin! Lastly, doxing your customers is never a good idea. If you're reading this, take note... this is Fiscor.

Yelp is supposed to be an anonymous platform. Dropping what you think is my name and profession is irresponsible and extremely unprofessional.

I requested some help and they showed up by the next day which was great, but he said I needed a new unit for $8700 not including dry wall damge to get the new heater in its space. The heated area was about 900 sq feet and above a garage. Fortunately I called another company for a second opinion. A new control board for $550 and things work great. Beware. Normal folks don't know a thing about a/c or heat. These guys thrive on selling you new units. pretty disgusting actually.
Always get a second opinion even when things are pretty desperate. If the second agrees with the first then problem confirmed. If not, don't deal with these guys.
