The technician who came to do our maintenance on our system was very polite and professional . Anthony was on time and explained everything that he was doing to check our system and make sure that it was running optimally. He did a thorough job inside and outside . He showed me the readings on the gauges and explained what they were and where the numbers should be, measured the cool air from several vents to check the temperature throughout the house. When he found that the temperature wasn't quite where it should be, he added a small amount of freon and everything was fine. No leaks, just a little low after 4 years. Anthony was very friendly and knowlegable and he answered my questions to my satisfaction. He also took pictures of the unit and pointed out several items that may need to be addressed in the future, but the system is running great and keeping our house comfortable. Excellent technician, we'll use again !

Total rip-off for services.
Been getting Fiscor's marketing materials in the mail the past several months. We called for an unexpected HVAC repair (are they ever planned?). One star for the dispatcher Morgan, who was very polite and helpful on the phone, and she got a tech out to us quickly (2 hrs), we were told a minimum $75 service call would be charged. One star for Alyk, who arrived on time, and seemed like a decent guy who went right to work, and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. No parts were needed, no extensive repairs were necessary, just about 75 minutes of labor. Then we were told the bill was $833.00! No estimate, no heads-up that 'Hey, this could be pricey'. This is why people f-ing hate plumbers and HVAC companies, they totally rape you at your most vulnerable point. We feel taken advantage of. Who charges $10 per minute? Good service...but no value!
There are A LOT of HVAC repair companies out there...we will not call Fiscor again.

Woke up to no heat. Called Fiscor Plumbing and air, and they had a technician to our home in 15mins. Josh was knowledgeable, friendly, diagnosed our problem and gave us options. We highly recommend Fiscor and Josh!!!

Called Fiscor to come to our home for a service call on February 6th, 2025 because our heater stopped working. before the technician even stepped inside our home, he was pitching us on a new heating unit. My husband went into the attic space with him to show him the unit thinking he would perform some tests to identify the problem, but he never tested anything, just insisted it needed to be replaced and was coming up with multiple reasons why it needed to be replaced, but without ever testing or servicing anything. He said it would be $16,000-$22,000 to replace just the heat pump and continued to pitch us on why we should agree to that number. Having delt with many Hvac systems in our life, we knew something was very off for a technician to not perform any tests and then quote an outrageous number for replacement of just the heat pump. So we opted for a second option. Fiscor charged us $75 for a service call, despite never servicing or testing anything, just gave us a sales pitch. On feb 7th we had another Hvac company come out for a second opinion. the second company spent about 15 minutes and tested every component and said the heat pump is in great condition and only needs a new mother board and will only be around $1,000. While the technician Fiscor sent to our home (who really came off as just a sales person) was nice, I would not recommend this company given our experience.

Requested inspection of our HVAC system for a 3500 sq ft home, 14 years old. Inspection on (January 3, 2025), the technician had over 15 years of experience and just recently hired. The price for the inspection was less than $90 for two systems. The original bid was for $200 over the phone. Guess the new guy did not get the memo. I received an inspection report the same day (photos). Everything past. Two weeks later, I got a text asking me to go forward with improvements, equipment had been ordered. But no invoice to approve. I called the office today. Oh, we somehow deleted your invoice but ordered the equipment. When do you want us to install? So, they sent me a new email asking me to approve the invoice but did not give me time to review and approve on the spot. Long story short, I have been down this road before. Great inspection service by the techs, but subpar follow up by the office. I will install the two parts myself as recommended. Just thought - buyer beware.

The technician was polite but unable to light a gas furnace. First he did not have a lighter on hand and second, he was not holding the gas set knob per instructions. He left telling me I need a new thermocouple.
The next day I lite the furnace myself with extended lighter and following instructions.
In addition, office help had no clue and promised to call me back but still 2 days later I have not recieved price for part I do not need or response from office manager.
The worst experience with HVAC company I have ever experienced and would not recommend to anyone.

Tony spent time with me making certain that my heat pumps performance is at its most optimum condition, and explained the various concerns that may need to be addressed in the future. He is excellent in his knowledge and expertise and also as an individual who is personable with his customers .

I highly recommend Fiscor to properly inspect and keep your AC and Heating Units running efficiently.
