My friend just bought a new home in Tracy and already the boiler broke and leaked within the first month. Also the Kohler brand toilet seals is broken causing the tank to refill every 20 minutes. Replacing the seal is difficult with this brand and so in general the warrantee company would just replace it with a cheap toilet. The warrantee company sent out Carlos from the First Class Water Heaters. Carlos was great! He was a honest man. He saw that our toilet was Kohler to be replaced by a cheap toilet from Home Depot and told me about it. He did not just install it and go. He offered us an option to upgrade the toilet by adding more money to cover what the warrantee payout. In this case, we added $109 more and got another Kohler toilet. Carlos was workmanship was very good. He left the place clean. Both the boiler and toilet was done in 3 hours. I am really happy about this and would recommend the First Class Water Heaters.. Ask for Carlos.

Problem fixed! There was a lead obstruction in my mainline pipe that backed up our toilets, bathtub our first Friday in our home. Fortunately, we did have a home warranty, but unfortunately, they couldn't get first-class water heaters out until Monday. And the problem finally got resolved.. pipe was replaced on Wednesday evening thanks to Dave, Eli, and Luis acting quickly to resolve the issue. The home warranty process is tedious and has a lot of red tape that held up the project when it should have been simple. Glad we could get this sorted before the weekend. Thanks guys.

This place is a scam. They report that they call you but, have no missed calls or messages from this company to come look at my water heater :)

Our hot water heater started leaking last Sunday and thankfully my husband discovered it before our garage got flooded. He turned it off and said well I think it's time for a new one. I did the claim online and got the call from the technician Monday morning that he'd be out Thursday to check it. Cold showers for a few days no biggie. Carlos arrives Thursday morning and immediately said it's time for a new one. I went back and forth on the phone with my warranty company and they said it needed supervisor approval and may not get replaced until Monday because they were going to order the new heater! I was livid!!!!! Carlos called them and explained to them that he had a replacement with him and could replace it for us now. The hold up on approval was over $50!!!! He reduced the price by $50 to get the approval so he could replace it for us that day. His dedication and determination to make sure we got our hot water heater that day was above and beyond our expectations. He understood how frustrating it was and he absolutely made our day. He also really hit it off with my husband as they're both veterans. This company is a veteran friendly company and by far provided the best customer service we've received in a long time. Carlos definitely saved the day and I highly recommend him and his company.
