Jayme Perez was our technician. He came out and replaced a few things on my water heater. He was on time, professional, personable, respectful and very transparent. He knew what he was doing and had all the right materials to get the job done. It was obvious he took pride in his work. He was in and out in less than an house and was very efficient!

Completely incompetent.
Specifically the ladies that I have spoken to over the phone have been AWFUL.
Here's a quick rundown of my experience. I'm writing this after 3 weeks of no hot water and heat so I'm testy.
-Didn't show up for scheduled appointment
-Didn't call before RESCHEDULED appointment with 30 minute courtesy as promised
-Reported to me that water heater needs replacing and that either their company or my home warranty company will call me in a couple days
-Four days later I had not heard from anyone and called to check on status. Gal on phone said the water heater has a leak that needs to be repaired but they're not able to do it.
*First off - what? First Class Water Heaters doesn't repair water heaters. That's just odd.
*Second off - totally different than what your service person reported to me.
-Then she says it's turned over to your home warranty company, it's out of our hands.
Wonderful. Now I can work with a company that can actually help me.
It's one thing to be totally incompetent, but rude and dismissive on top of that just created a totally unsatisfactory experience for your customers. They go right to Yelp to whine and complain.

I'm going to give 5 stars for the tech who replaced our water heater. He was on time, professional, and efficient. Great work.
The one star goes to the back-office staff, specifically Andrea. Home warranty requires the homeowner to provide the repair company with a $75 check, which I gave to the tech. I have been traced multiple times by Home Warranty for lack of payment, which is the responsibility of First Class Water Heaters, since they collected the deductible payment. When I talked to Andrea, she decided to give me a banking 101 class on how the check process works, really? She then asked for a check number - who writes that down these days? She threw the responsibility to me and took no accountability for possibly misplacing the check. Even if the check wasn't cashed, I now have a check floating around with my bank account number exposed.
I will not be submitting another check and will request Home Warranty to collect directly from them.
Great tech service, horrible back-office support.

Don't call them if you have a water heater out. They were going to have me wait 1 1/2 weeks before getting an appointment. Spoke to the owner and he did care we had no hot water the whole weekend while they were off Sat & Sun, including Friday and Monday. They still said we had to wait another week and 1/2 more before they could give us for service.

Manage a commercial residential community and originally took bids for replacement of commercial capacity water heaters.
First Class Water Heaters was selected. First based on responsive of the Owner, Dave Ballard. Dave is very professional and attentive.
Replacement of the two water heaters were installed very efficiently and simultaneously by two individual technicians within a couple of hours. Making the expected service time most pleasing for the community of residents whereby these water heaters service. Water interruption was at its minimum. Working in commercial management for many years. I have not experienced such a seamless transition for a replacement of units so efficiently.
Separate--a few other plumbing repairs came up unexpected in individual units. Dave rolled-in his technicians without hesitation and without delay upon my contact.
Even an unknown underground water leak of our potable water line. Again with the greatest of ease and efficient response and repair they came through.
Definitely recommend and support First Class Water Heaters for your residential and commercial repairs and new installations.
Found them at just the perfect timing. For sure a positive addition to my goto contractors for managing my commercial business. Thank you First Class!

I reported a problem with my failing garbage disposal to American Home insurance. They referred me to this outfit for replacement.
One star for their quick initial call to schedule, date set for a week out.
One star for picking up the phone to confirm my arrival window, on the day of the job.
After that, no-show, no follow up call to maybe apologize for my wasted day sitting at home, maybe a reschedule? I would NOT recommend, TOTAL waste of time.
Worked with my Insurance company to get a different contractor to do the work.

Great service. On time. Easy explanation of what was going on with my garbage disposal. Had a teaspoon stuck inside the blades. Happy with this service !

Eli and Luis were a fantastic team. They quickly and professionally fixed two stoppages in our kitchen sink and bathroom tub. We reached the office Tuesday morning and Thursday morning our issue was solved well. Thank you to Eli and Luis for making the job look easy and be solved super quickly. We will definitely call this team again in the future!

My kitchen sink was not draining and no amount of Draino, using the garbage disposal or a snake could fix the problem. Tre Edwards of 1st Class Water Heaters arrived promptly, assessed the problem immediately, and went to the exterior of my house to unclog the piping. Tre was kind, courteous, professional and very adroit, and even gave me some additional tips for ensuring that my drainage system remains clean!

Jayme Perez came out to replace our water heater and all of the service lines to boot. He was on time, very responsive, knew exactly what he was doing, had all of the right materials and just an all around great guy to work with. Very glad he was on our service call and would absolutely have him and First Class Water Heaters out to our house again. Thanks again for the quick and painless replacement!!
