I apologize for the tardiness of this post. Jayme from First Class Water Heaters came out immediately after I called my home warranty company. He was courteous, friendly and knew exactly what the problem was right away! He needed a part which he could get at a supply store very close to my home. He was gone and returned in an instant it seemed. He went right to work and replaced the part. I was thrilled to get such prompt, courteous and friendly service and would highly recommend this company to anyone. The office staff was wonderful-very professional, very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are AWESOME. Thank you, First Class and Jayme-you did a wonderful job.

Updated review: Thankyou Carl for your response, I noticed that you respond to all reviews, good or bad. It has made me feel differently about your company. I think if your office staff can be more efficient to answer calls and return calls you will have 4 and 5 stars all the time, because from the reviews your techs are really great. I'm working on my end with American Home Warranty, seems they need some changes also.
Thankyou for responding to all reviews, do not see that often enough with businesses.

Damian and Charles did a great job replacing my water heater. They were dispatched to my property via American Home Shield because the first technician from Budget Rooter gave an inaccurate diagnosis and report. The guys were very professional and came to my house and got done within the the time frame they provided me.
At this point my water heater is working great but my centralized heating isn't because I have a hydronic air system so it gets the hot air from the water heater. I get air bur it's cold. The issue started happening as soon as my old water heater started leaking so it was a domino effect. Damian came back the next day after I requested a recall dispatch. Damian inspected the connections and all that and since my water heater is working he informed AHS to transfer the job to an HVAC company who will look into the issue further. Thanks guys!

My hot water heater went out on a Friday and I called my home owners Insurance. They told me that I wouldn't be able to get service until Monday. First Class Water Heater Company called me on Monday and came out Tuesday
The employee ordered the part for my hot water and it came on Friday. The employee came on Saturday. The part didn't work. The gentleman told me I would have to get a new hit water heater. The company ordered me a new hot water heater on Saturday and 2 days later I got a new hot water heater. The employee was patient and had very good customer service. That employee's na.e is Zenas if I ever have any problems or anyone else has hot water heating problems please give them a call.

Our WATER Heater leaked water. It was time
to replace after 14 years. First Class Water Heaters installed new water heater in about a hour and a half. Was very professional and curtious. The price was just what they quoted over the phone.

My 20 yr old water heater started leaking. I called my home warranty company and they hooked me up with First Class Water Heaters.
Although they couldn't come out to look at my heater for a few days, they were quick to respond and very helpful.
Damon came out on a Thursday. Checked out the water heater, explained what the problem was and that we needed a new one.
The office followed up with me and went over the quote and explained what was and wasn't covered by the home warranty.
I had the unit replaced on Saturday and we've been having hot water since.
Damon was great! He came on time, was extremely knowledgeable and got things done quickly.
