This company is HORRIBLE---stay away from them. Just look at all of the 1 star reviews. And if First American Home Warranty tries to send you to them, DO NOT LET THEM. I have been working with First American to have this company tagged as ""being in violation"" in their system. Long story short, I was sent to them by First American for 2 leaks that I have in the attic. They came to my house at the end of August and the guy barely went into the attic. He took a picture of 1 leak (the one right by the attic door) but he wouldn't go look at the second one--his excuse being that based on the first leak, he wouldn't be able to fix it on that day ANYWAY and would have to send 2-3 guys to fix it at another time. He also asked me if I had a picture of the other leak (I did) and he asked if he could ""take a picture of my picture"" so he wouldn't have to go physically look at it. So unprofessional. He just didn't want to walk through the attic.

Anyway, a couple weeks went by and my leaks continued and I heard nothing so I called First Class Plumbing and they said that they had sent the report to First American and were still waiting for an ""approval"" so they could do the job. I called First American and they said they were waiting to get the full report from the technician at First Class Plumbing because even though they indicated that the claim was ""closed"" they could see that there was still some work that needed to be done. It took them about 4 weeks for First Class Plumbing to finally provide them with all of the info. On Friday, 6 WEEKS AFTER THEY FIRST CAME (yes, SIX WEEKS), First Class Plumbing finally gave First American Home Warranty an answer and told them that they were NOT going to do the job because the leaks were not accessible! WHAT??? They said that they would have to rip the ceiling to get to the pipes (mind you, we went up to the attic for a bit when they first came and their guys was just too lazy to move around up there with me).

In the meantime, my leaks have continued and now I have damage in the ceiling. They have been reported to the home warranty company and I will not be surprised if they get dropped. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The worst experience I've had so far with a plumbing company. They are just about collecting their fees and ""assessing"" and doing a terrible job at it. They fix nothing.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE 11/21/2017

So I called First American Home Warranty and demanded that they send a different company for a second opinion. After talking to a supervisor they sent me to Original Westwood Plumbing Incorporated and FAH waived the fee for the claim.

Original Westwood Plumbing came, had no issues getting into the attic, working in the attic and resolving ALL of the leaks that day WITH NO PROBLEMS at all. They didn't have to tear any walls or ceilings to make the repairs and it worked out WONDERFULLY. They said it was silly that anyone would suggest that walls or the ceiling needed to be ripped to make the repairs.

So more proof that First Class Plumbing should really be called Worst Class Plumbing. They're TERRIBLE

Slow, uncommunicative, poorly trained technicians that don't do the job or follow instructions, too busy to call back, seeking to do extra work that is not needed. Problem with my initial to First American Home Warranty Co. still persists, 10 weeks after the initial claim!

This is my experience, hope yours will be better.

If your Home Warranty Co recommends them, respectfully decline.

First American Warranty assigned this company to us. First Class made an appointment Friday, 7/14/2017, but no one showed up. This company is not reputable. I called First American Warranty and made a complaint already. I have asked First American to give me a new company to service my garbage disposal. This company is a disgrace. Do not schedule an appointment with them or else you will waste your time. Definitely NOT a First Class Plumbing Company!

First Class Plumbing was sent to our home twice to fix a plumbing problem. The first person they sent went out of his way to help us, was courteous and kind and truly helped with the problem and walked us through step-by-step.

However, the second guy that came today, his name is Victor, I had to kick him off my property -- he was mean, he gave both me and my wife attitude. If you are using them, I would make sure you do not get Victor....

Like other reviewers, I was referred to First Class Plumbing by First American Home Warranty.

I experienced terrible customer service for a broken faucet part and a leaking toilet (that was made worse during their ""diagnostic"" visit). Their bad customer service included their office not calling me back, refusing to research to find the correct parts so that we had to find them ourselves, delaying placing the orders for parts needed (if they ever did order them, I am not sure), making up a bogus requirement of needing the receipt for the original faucet to get the parts, and finally, lying to the warranty company about the availability of the parts. Their final communication to me was to cancel an appointment to fix the toilet after a 4 week wait for the parts.

FAHW said that they would put a ""contractor violation"" on the record of this contractor, but reading the review from all the other Yelp FAHW policy holders who also have had a very poor experience, I wonder whether they actually do that.

In addition to posting this review on Yelp, I am writing an email to our real estate agent who obtained the ""premium"" warranty policy on our behalf. It seemed like a wonderful benefit, but the fact that I had to spend weeks dealing with this dishonest contractor and none of my problems were solved puts the warranty company in a bad light. The real estate agent will be horrified to hear about this. I urge other Yelpers to be proactive about this too and not let the warranty company get away with working with subpar contractors.

I wish I could give zero stars. They are rude, unprofessional and dishonest. Need I say more with details? They double talk, try to charge for things you don't need or want, don't return phone calls and always have excuses and stories. So many plumbers out there, don't use this one or buyer beware.

This company is as bad as everyone says. They screwed up a very simple task that has led to calcium buildup in the water tank, effectively causing enough particulate matter to shut down every single tap in the house. One of their ""technicians"" is a nice guy, but completely incompetent.
They take days to call back, if at all. They lie all the time, and they are always complaining about First American Warranty Co. They said that they only get paid $103 by the warranty company, and it's not enough for them. Last time I talked to First Class plumbing, the manager lied to me and told me that a recall service would still require me to pay the service fee. A quick call to First American confirmed it was't true.
I was able to get the home warranty company to assign another plumber, to resolve the screw-ups by ""First Class Plumbing"".

First Class Plumbing Service was assigned by my home warranty company, First American.

I was told our problem was excessive water pressure over 120, nothing could be repaired until a regulator was installed for hundreds of dollars, of course this was not covered by the home warranty. We chose not to have them install a regulator, rather we called another plumber and found out our water pressure was 60.

What an attempted rip off. I see we are not the first to be given this bogus info.

BEWARE!!!

Had some drain issues and was assigned First class plumbing through First American Home Warranty. Called and made an appointment and they never showed up and never called. I called back & they thoroughly apologized, and rescheduled the appointment. AGAIN, no show, and no call. I canceled the work order, and asked to be assigned to a different company. Currently waiting for them to show up, about 8 days after the problem started thanks to First Class.
