This Company Sucks! They tried to convince me that I needed a Water Pressure Regulator and charge me $700 for a $130 job. First American sent this company out and the plumber was clearly trying to Line his and his company's pockets.
I contacted another company who did the simple job for $130

Truly first class
Very patient and fast with their work
The technician came to fix the drain, instead he replaced one

Leaving a one star review for ""No Class Plumbing."" Like many of the other reviewers, I was assigned to them by my home warranty company, First American Home Warranty.
They were very unresponsive, and only wanted to interact with me over text. My schedule is tricky and that wasn't going to work. There were also some details I wanted them to know about the job before arriving, in order the syndrome where they arrive, see the job, and right away say ""we have to come back another time."" So I asked to speak to them on the phone, and give them all the info they would need _ahead of time_.
What a great imposition on them it was for me to ask such a thing!! What is this ""phone"" device that you speak of? Don't you understand that we live in the future now and you are only to use the dehumanizing robotron systems we have forced upon you?? Those weren't their exact words of course, but it WAS their exact attitude.
They also claimed they had tried to call me a couple of times, but there was no record of it on my phone. It's hard to know if that's true, but I doubt it because they had certainly been texting me to my phone (and even if it the text was coming through the warranty company, they still certainly have my number on the claim!!)
When I complained about no one calling me as they had promised someone would, a woman did finally call me (I didn't write her name down), delivered the attitude bomb described above, then hung up on me.
No needless to say: no one should even THINK about doing business with this company. 'Nuff said!! :(

If you like being lied to, being ignored, and trying to reach someone whose voicemail box is full for a week, this is your company! The worst. I was assigned them from First American Home Warrantee, I have to believe this is the only way they get any business at all, no one would purposely choose them. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I was hesitant to use this company due to the negative reviews, but our HOA uses them, and I wanted someone familiar with our condo's convoluted plumbing.
Ed was super helpful on the phone, and Sarkis, the plumber, was great. He fixed my toilet and washer drain which made me very happy. The last few plumbers I had, all with excellent Yelp reviews, left the toilet in worse condition than they found it, and they ripped me off, as well. Sarkis was not only an experienced plumber but he was also considerate of my things, honest, and he clearly cared about his work.
I couldn't be more pleased with First Class Plumbing and am relieved I finally have a plumber I can trust.

First Class Plumbing arrived on time and was very professional. The plumber was concerned about the potential damage he may cause due to the calcium build up on the shower handle. He worked to removed the calcification and removed the handle successfully.
He completed the repair in a very timely manner.
They are on our speed dial now.

My home warranty selected this poor excuse of a company to inspect my water heater. After they inspected we could not reach them for three weeks to get the diagnosis. They were about to send another plumber to my house to do another inspection. However, they decided to reach out to first class plumbing services once more and got lucky. At this point they forgot the diagnosis they wrote but luckily I had the carbon copy. The home warranty said it was not enough so they wanted to reinspect the water heater and sent the same guy over. He showed up and reiterated what he said a month ago and he said he would make sure they get the diagnosis immediately this time. From here on out it was impossible to reach either phone or email they ghosted us completely. so frustrating working with people like this.

I was really dubious when my First American Home Warranty insurance engaged this plumbing contractor with a 2 star review to repair/replace an 8 year old garbage disposal.
Bottom line: He was on time, great guy, replaced with no arguments. I found them to be excellent in every way. I wish I could say the same about First American Home Warranty, as far as I'm concerned, it's a quasi-legal fraud scam to take your money. Home warranty covers nothing you'd need, but everything you don't.
In this case, I did get a benefit, but could have saved $500 and just paid the guy directly.
I recommend First Class Plumbing Services!

My condo/rental unit had an issue with the bath tub so I contacted First American Home Warranty & they assigned the issue to them.
The first appointment they scheduled was cancelled because the plumber called out sick.
The second appointment they scheduled, the plumber never even showed up.
When I called to inquire no one picked up & when I emailed twice for an answer no one ever replied.
I called First American & they scheduled me with another plumbing company.
This company is a joke & I would never work with them again after repeatedly wasting my time & I suggest you don't work with them as well.

Avoid this company! I would give zero stars if I could. I am shocked that First American Home Warranty still uses them. They are intolerably unresponsive and will cheat you if you let them.
Believe the negative reviews and don't trust the positives.
Tell your warranty that you demand another plumber. Don't waste your time. It took them weeks to make anything happen and then they tried to charge me $775 out of pocket for a false claim. Avoid or proceed with the utmost caution. Do your research online to learn about the parts they claim you need. I guarantee you won't need them.
