Really a terrible company. No one came during my supposedly 'confirmed' time slot, and then no one answered the phone. I ended up fixing the problem myself. Avoid this company, they are obviously an unprofessional and unethical company.

I just did a work order through First American Home owners insurance. I don't know why they keep using this company all they have to do is look at the reviews of a few once I get it probably mad customers but pretty much Every review is a one there's definitely a problem they don't leave any comment as well they just say useful obviously it's not useful because they're not changing their practices. They act very nice but definitely trying to take advantage of people and charging for stuff that they shouldn't be and with having this many bad reviews maybe they should start thinking about doing some stuff at a discounted rate or free just to show they have good customer care God bless

Update: they just charged $300 to our account. Wow! What a first class mess that their, quite likely, uncertified plumbers have left in my home. You've made a great choice by not wanting to do business with us any longer - as to not bury yourself deeper into the abyss of unethical work that you all have probably been digging since the inception of, anything but, First Class. I hope that you all humble yourselves and realize how dirty your business practices are and rebrand yourself with honesty, integrity and hard work. And if you need any advice from a fellow business owner in the same industry, I'd be happy to break bread with you and tell you how business is truly done.

First American assigned First Class plumbing to us. After all the Yelp reviews I read I knew I didn't want to touch First Class with a 10 foot stick. First American said they had to be the company to fix our issue and I reluctantly made an appointment today.
Their call center employee was super nice, so I thought ""maybe it will be ok"". I got 2 confirmation texts they would be here today between 3-5. I'll let you guess what happened next...
No Call. No show. And First American was no help because by 5 they were already gone and closed for the weekend.

Fully agree with all the negative home warranty service reviews. I would not wish their service on my worst enemy. They never return phone messages, and their plumber was hours late to the appointment. The plumbers are surly, unqualified, and rude. Avoid them at all costs if your home warranty company chooses them.

They were scheduled to come today between the hours of 10:00-12:00
It's 12:40 and not only did they not show up
They didn't bother calling to tell us that they are running late, not the technician or the office.
I called both of their numbers repeatedly one number went to voicemail the other was disconnected, someone finally picked up and I told them I've been waiting and no one had showed up, so he checks according to him and tells me that the tech is at a different job now and when he finishes he'll come to our address, so I told him that it's not professional to not show up when you set up a time frame, the least you can do is call to notify that your running late, he answers to me that he's on his lunch now and the only reason he picked up the phone was because I was blowing it up, so I started to respond by saying I'm sorry that I'm blowing up your phone while I'm waiting for your tech for 2 hours and 40 minutes he said ok bye and hung up the phone.
I hope this company will loose business after reading the horrible reviews
And look elsewhere for a plumber

My bathtub drain became plugged so I placed a request with First American Home Warranty. They said their plumbing referral would contact me by the next business day. Within a few hours I got a call from Dianna at First Class Plumbing Services to set an appointment. She said her guy would come out at 8:00 to 10:00 am the next morning and that I would be the first appointment that day. Dianne was very very polite, friendly and pleasant.
At 8:05 am Dianna called to confirm the appointment for 8:00 to 10:00 am. At around 9:00 am Armen arrived with Silvio and was ready and well equipped for the job. Armen was exceptionally pleasant and informative and they completed the job much to my satisfaction and with great efficiency. They were very friendly, clean and tidy.
So, way less that 24 hours after my contact with FAHW and First Class Plumbing Services, the job was done and my wife and I were happy with the quick and good work. Armen was aware that I prepaid my service fee and we were all set. We have used FAHW three times over the last 5 years and have always received great service from then and their providers.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. They did not bother to show up for the booked appointment, did not call to say they could not make, did not return my voicemail and when I finally talked to a person had to give up after 20 minutes on hold. I took the day off of work for the repair and they completely ghosted me. Do if you value your time, find another company.

If I could give this Company zero stars I would. Took them 2 tries and 2 trips to diagnose an issue. When they finally figured out what was wrong a part needed ordered. We got a call saying the part was in, but no one ever showed up for the THIRD trip. In fact repeated calls to the Company was greeted with a general v-mail and even when a message was left, no one called back. When someone finally did - we said forget it. Use this Company at your own risk.

First class and AJ have been my plumbers for over a decade and I couldn't be happier. Installs, repairs and anything plumbing related. They're fast, honest and very qualified. I'm shocked at some of the reviews as it's nearly impossible they're real. I've been a loyal customer since I bought my house and won't let anyone else touch my plumbing!
