Really bad service call... I call for service for one of my houses and nobody call back to schedule the appointment... They are not like they advertise.

We woke up to a flooded condo. Water everywhere due to a leak upstairs. I called First Class plumbing at 5AM on a Sunday morning. They had a plumber here within a half hour. Kyle was EXCELLENT. He handled everything for us, arranged for a restoration company to come out immediately. I could not have asked for better service. Thank You Kyle.

This used to be a good, dependable company. But our last experience was terrible. Several months ago, they were adamant that that a water leak was actually a leaking shower pan, and would cost $15,000, as the whole shower, tile included, needed to be changed. Another plumber came, repaired leaking water pipe. Cost $350. Would not trust their opinion on any major job.

These people are horrible, deceptive, and have a horrible reputation. They want to charge me almost $250 to fix a 1.25"""" broken PVC line. Their salesman was rude and a total jerk. I filed a BBB complaint against them and their response was to lie and attack me. FIRST CLASS? third class ripoffs in my opinion! BEWARE!

Naples, FL. we asked first class plumbing to install new faucets in two bathrooms and one kitchen, after the first trip all sinks were leaking and we called them back. They replaced the valves and charged me. two sinks continued to leak, one severely which caused damage to the cabinet, we called them back to fix the leak in the bathroom and kitchen, they told me it was all set and they would be back to fix the cabinet, nothing yet !! had to have them back again to fix the kitchen leak. My tenants moved in and tried to use the dishwasher - guess what they never turned the valves on so we I did and it leaked, I believe this will be there 6th trip. I asked if the owner would call me (after the third request) never heard from him. Hope you don't hire these people.

I'm not sure what was older and rustier - my backed up pipes or Trisha. Talk about entitled. Maybe if she spent less time on the tennis courts with her half ass serves and volleys and more time on tending to her customers and their needs. Naples / SWFL residents - unless your 65+ and need to throw 125k+ to fix some busted pipes (cough, cough..) don't bother with this stand-by quality company. I'd rather have my clothes toilets then see/ hear her faded, paper thin, half assed face - again.

I requested service from First Class Plumbing back in November 2015. Just a simple job- install a toilet. The cost was $200. I thought that was a bit high, but never the less """"First Class"""" Just this past couple weeks, I've noticed water on the floor. I thought this was coming from shower. After watching this area as well as no one using the shower- the water continued to show up. I called First Class this week May 08-2016 and was told that after pulling my invoice that since I supplied a toilet which was brand new from a third party that they would not stand behind the """"First Class Service"""" one would expect. Was told that they would be happy to come out and fix for me at an additional cost. Why would I want to use you to fix problems if you couldn't install a simple toilet properly the first time. I kindly said no thank you and I would find a company that would do this simple install correctly the first time as well as stand behind the work that they performed.

Awful! After I called First Class Plumbing of Florida for a broken pipe in the front yard, I quickly realized that they are a company that takes advantage of consumers in any way that they can. I sat and watched the employee repair a simple fix, leave without giving me a bill, and later find out they over charged for EVERY part used by over 500%. I had them come out twice in consecutive days for the fix, and on both days, they did the same routine. They would come out, look at the pipe, leave for a couple hours, show back up, and work only when you were watching them. As a former construction employee, I know what it takes to fix things, and this company will take advantage of you when you are not looking.

I don't even know where to start. This is the worst plumbing company I have ever seen. All my builder friends told me, but I was in a rush and they could come out. I needed a shower drain and fixtures at xmas time. They are still charging me. $2000 for a $900 job. The first guy showed up in a dirty van smoking cigs in my driveway, he was more interested in doing my job on the weekend without telling his boss. I had to help him the whole hour he was here. He then took 45 minutes to make the bill while he smoked and tried to add the charges. I told him I had left my credit card with michelle at the office, but he said he wasn't leaving without a check. Meanwhile he was charging me while he sat in my driveway smoking cigs. I had to ask him to leave. This went on for two weeks I don't want to bore you. This is my first review I have ever written, but as a small business owner myself I feel compelled to tell you to run, not walk from this company.

I made an appointment, I asked about prices and was told $90 an hour for labor. Wasn't sure what needed to be done. Tech determined that I needed a drain snaked. The technician did a good job, explained the problem and the fix. Than he tried to explain the bill (made no sense at all). Here is the breakdown; $135 to drive to my house ( I live in E Naples,16 miles away) $112.50 for just over one hour labor and $50 because they used a drain snake machine. ( that is like someone saying they will power wash your driveway for $100 and than charging another $50 because they had to use a power washer). Maybe i should be thankful I didn't get charged for him using a wrench. If you feel $300 to snake a drain is a good deal, than disregard my comments. I personally feel it is a ripoff and a disgraceful way to run a business..
