I requested service from First Class Plumbing back in November 2015. Just a simple job- install a toilet. The cost was $200. I thought that was a bit high, but never the less """"First Class"""" Just this past couple weeks, I've noticed water on the floor. I thought this was coming from shower. After watching this area as well as no one using the shower- the water continued to show up. I called First Class this week May 08-2016 and was told that after pulling my invoice that since I supplied a toilet which was brand new from a third party that they would not stand behind the """"First Class Service"""" one would expect. Was told that they would be happy to come out and fix for me at an additional cost. Why would I want to use you to fix problems if you couldn't install a simple toilet properly the first time. I kindly said no thank you and I would find a company that would do this simple install correctly the first time as well as stand behind the work that they performed.

I have used this company for over 4 years and had not had problems prior to the last two service calls. I manage several properties. The first incident was a faucet that was not getting cold water. On Feb 29 the plumber came and said a part had to be ordered. A week later he came and said that was not the problem, and a different part had to be ordered - I called 2 or 3 times to get the updates so I could share it with the tenant, no one knew what the delay was, they said they had to ask the servicing plumber """"David"""" - I had to chase them for 2 weeks, finally I was told the Kohler part was discontinued and I purchased a new faucet for $99 and they installed it that day. First Class Plumbing charged me $450 for 3 service calls - When I went back to the condo to see the work, the faucet did not even line up straight, so the handle on the left was perpendicular and right one was pointing backwards. Not very professional. I also scheduled a service call on 2/29 to another condo because the tub was not draining properly. I thought it might need to be snaked- the same plumber, David, went and called me from the condo to say that it did not have to be snaked, it was superficial hair caught in a basket. Three weeks later the problem is back again, this time we looked for the superficial hair and there was none. I called another plumber who does not charge for the house call, he charges for the work he does, and I was told the drain in old and a very narrow draining capacity. He changed the drain and now it flows perfectly. I am very disappointed, There is nothing First Class about this company. I would expect this from a Handyman type of service, but not a professional plumber. I have expressed my frustations to Tory and Michelle. They didn't seem to care that I was charged $450, and was left hanging for 3 weeks which makes me look very unprofessional to my clients. Tory called me back once, but even when I speak with them, the customer service is just not there. A company is only as good as its employees.....Sorry for the owner....

I called this morning to repair a broken toilet and they were able to send a service rep out right away. I had all the toilets checked and he made sure everything was working perfectly. Price was reasonable. I also use this company for gas delivery and they come automatically with excellent billing systems and e-mail communication.

Very dishonest company. They don't complete the job and will not come back out. There are plenty of plumbing companies in Naples to choose from. Nothing first class about them at all.

Awful! After I called First Class Plumbing of Florida for a broken pipe in the front yard, I quickly realized that they are a company that takes advantage of consumers in any way that they can. I sat and watched the employee repair a simple fix, leave without giving me a bill, and later find out they over charged for EVERY part used by over 500%. I had them come out twice in consecutive days for the fix, and on both days, they did the same routine. They would come out, look at the pipe, leave for a couple hours, show back up, and work only when you were watching them. As a former construction employee, I know what it takes to fix things, and this company will take advantage of you when you are not looking.

Well - The new name is no-class plumbing. Called to fix a clogged toilet, and was told not to use toilet or shower until the next day. Well, two flushes and it was not working again. When I looked around the bathroom shower I noticed 2 large chips in the white tile from the machine that they used to pump the water out of the shower. Now, no one believes me at this business. They dragged their feet for several weeks in calling me back and my money is gone to """"fix"""" the toilet which it is not fixed and was told the tile will not be repaired because they had no knowledge of breaking it. So now I am a liar according to them and nothing will be done. Buyer beware

Naples, FL. we asked first class plumbing to install new faucets in two bathrooms and one kitchen, after the first trip all sinks were leaking and we called them back. They replaced the valves and charged me. two sinks continued to leak, one severely which caused damage to the cabinet, we called them back to fix the leak in the bathroom and kitchen, they told me it was all set and they would be back to fix the cabinet, nothing yet !! had to have them back again to fix the kitchen leak. My tenants moved in and tried to use the dishwasher - guess what they never turned the valves on so we I did and it leaked, I believe this will be there 6th trip. I asked if the owner would call me (after the third request) never heard from him. Hope you don't hire these people.

These people are horrible, deceptive, and have a horrible reputation. They want to charge me almost $250 to fix a 1.25"""" broken PVC line. Their salesman was rude and a total jerk. I filed a BBB complaint against them and their response was to lie and attack me. FIRST CLASS? third class ripoffs in my opinion! BEWARE!
