First Choice Plumbing is led by me, Frank Tovar, bringing over 40 years of plumbing expertise as a Master Plumber. My experience includes 20 years as a Foreman, managing projects in high-rise buildings, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and industrial complexes. I realized I preferred engaging with clients on personal remodels and distinctive projects, I took the step to establish my own company.
