As the owner of First Choice Plumbing, I am Frank Tovar, a Master Plumber with over 40 years in the plumbing field. My experience includes 20 years as a Foreman, overseeing high-rise public buildings, schools, hospitals, and industrial sites. I realized I preferred engaging with clients on personal remodels and distinctive projects, I took the step to establish my own company.
