We hired First Choice Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend. We couldn't have been happier with their work and service. They were actually on a job for our friend and Cesar didn't hesitate and sent one of his guys over immediately.

They came in. Analyzed the issue. And got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I am sure like most of you, finding a good and reliable plumber is virtually impossible. You now have one you can count on.

I can understand why they chose the name First Choice. Make it your FIRST CHOICE next time you need someone to get the job done right and at reasonable cost.

Super prompt response. I had a leaky kitchen faucet. I got a quote and available time slot. Sent pics, and Cesar told me I probably needed to replace it. He OK-ed the pic of the faucet I picked out. His guys were punctual, professional and quick. Easiest plumbing experience to date!

Great Company. These guys fixed my issues within 45 minutes and let me know about some other potential problems with my shut-off valve. Mauro and Joel were friendly and informative and I'll be using this company from now on for all my plumbing needs.

A friend recommended Caesar and I'm very thankful. Caesar sent out his team members, Mauro & Silbin to fixed our very clogged bathroom sink. We called others and one never called me back, and another one would take days to get someone out. 1st Choice could come the next day, I called him around 3:30pm to make an appointment. They arrived on time, at 8am and my dogs didn't even bark at them. (That tells me they were good, trustworthy people.) They went right to work and were in and out within 20 minutes. They even cleaned our dirty sink because it had ugly black water that had been sitting in it! They charged us exactly what the quote, no hidden charges and very reasonable price. And it was less money then the other company I talked to that would take days. I recommend them and will call them again if ever needed, though of course, hope no more plumbing problems. :)

Recently paid a service fee to have this company come out and camera my sewer line on 5/31/19. I was never called and given the findings of this service call, so I initiated a call to the Owner's son, Cesar. He said he would review and get back with me, called me on 6/11 to let me know that there was a cracked sewer line about 5 feet long, I asked him why this was not caught in the homeowner inspection before I purchased the home. He said that it was recent and was not there before, but could not show me the camera review from the time of initial inspection. I have since asked him to send me an email with the cost breakdown of the repair of this 5 foot crack and have made several attempts to contact them to resolve this issue with my home, however this company is not responding. This began May 31st 2019 and I have yet to hear back from their company. Cesar is forgetful, dismissive and unresponsive. I initially dealt with his father, Ricardo, who was more helpful. But at this point if you as a consumer decide to use this company's services make sure to get it all in writing as they have a tendency to misquote and say one thing and do another. Document any service you plan to do with them by emailing to make sure you have a detail account of what they plan to charge you for and the remedy and cost of what they will charge to complete the work. I was referred to them by real estate agent at the time and it has been a big mess since the initial work they said they were to complete and was not actually done after paying over $1,000 dollars to this company. Be wise in deciding on a plumbing company they can make or break you.

Excellent and honest service. So grateful I found First Choice Plumbing Repair (in Arleta). I received prompt responses from Cesar by phone and texts. He came over to the house at 7am the next day to check the shower leak problem and had his service guys at the house before 11am. They were all polite and courteous. His guys ran into a problem and they proposed a fix. Because of the cost, I hesitated and called instead an old trusted (retired) plumber friend for his opinion. I then called Cesar back with a suggested alternative. Although Cesar had concerns, he was willing to try my suggestion and was able to fit me into their schedule. He and his guys were back at the house at 7'ish this morning and got everything fixed and working before 9am! I realize that plumbers prefer to do things their way and I appreciate that Cesar was considerate and open to trying an alternative way to help me out instead of completely turning down the job. Cesar and his guys were great and I'm very happy with the work they did (and they cleaned up the area before they left). I'm glad I found a trustworthy plumber in my area and I highly recommend them. I already scheduled another project with them for next week.

First Choice Plumbing is the best plumbing service I can possibly imagine it is family owned always professional very efficient and extremely reasonable in price I have worked with them for over 20 years on my house and other issues I recommended them to many people always the best results I highly highly recommend First Choice Plumbing repair service not the other ones that have the same name by the way ask for Cesar he is great

What an AMAZING COMPANY!!!
Ricardo Rosillo and his entire professional team were the BEST I have worked with in 14 yrs. Ironically I was blessed to have them show up when I had contracted a DIFFERENT company. I'd say their name here but I won't even give them any notice to the readers of this post. JUST know that First Choice Plumbing is EVERYTHING the other co. ISN""T. They are honest, talented, hardworking and dedicated to their craft. They treat women with respect and that is NOT common in today's workplace.

This company is EVERYTHING you will ever need in plumbing services. I can't say enough words to express my gratitude for how they fixed so many issues with my properties water system for my front and backyard.

Ricardo just installed two pressure release valves at my house last week.
Not to mention a new water a few years back. He is a consummate professional. All his guys work do fantastic work and know how to fix all your plumbing needs.
