My sink got clogged friday afternoon and I called a few local plumbers but none were able to come out but luckily I was told that they had someone in the area and he was able to swing by. Shocked to see all these positive reviews. Makes me think they're not legit reviews. My experience with Cesar and his company has been an absolute nightmare. I hired them to move my tankless water heater and hose bib/pool filler from the back of my house to the side of my house. Cesar suggested I also add a circulation pump that would give us instant hot water in all our faucets since the tankless is so far from the kitchen and one of our bathrooms. I didn't know this equipment even existed, he was the one who sold me on it and I trusted his professional opinion. He never came out, just asked me to send photos of what I wanted and sent employees instead. I showed them where to put it and I trusted they knew what they were doing. Once it was all installed and everything had been moved (btw, they used plastic, not copper pipes for the hose/pool filler and they look super sloppy), we plug the circulation pump in and it's making this awful chugging/buzzing noise that you can hear inside my house. Sounds like dozens of cell phones are in the wall buzzing every 30 seconds, non stop. So I unplug the pump and the noise stops. Cesar finally sends someone out to see what the problem is, after asking me to send videos and try to fix it myself. Apparently the guy who came out is his brother. This guy was very kind and professional and seemed to be very honest. He flat out told me that our tankless couldn't handle the pressure from the circulation pump and that's why it was making that sound. So he said he'd talk to Cesar and see if they could find a workaround to get the two pieces of equipment to work together as our tankless was not compatible with the circulation pump. Cesar should have verified that the items would work together before the VERY expensive installation. So, I wait two weeks to hear from Cesar before reaching out and he replies the next day ""let me follow up"". I give him two more weeks and he doesn't respond. So then I start texting him every week for a month, no response. I was getting very frustrated so I reached out to the person who referred me to them and who uses First Choice all the time for their real estate business. I wasn't until they contacted Cesar on my behalf that he FINALLY replied to me, obviously worried he would lose her business. Clearly, he knew they charged me $1300 for a piece of equipment that was unusable to me, or he would have responded to all my attempts at contact. Why else would he not respond to a customer's messages? We had a fine working relationship prior to this. Then, he gets into a very rude and combative text conversation with me where in one message he's saying the pieces are universal/compatible so they did their job, but in another message saying it's not his fault if my tankless can't handle the circulation pump! So which is it??? It can't be both! Plus, his brother told me it would damage the tankless if we kept using it, not that I would anyway because the buzzing sound was absolutely crazy making! Cesar is saying his bother never said this, but we talked for a long time and he admitted these pieces were not working together as they should. This pump was Cesar's suggestion and now he refuses to take responsibility for it not working properly with the existing equipment that he installed it work with. I will now be taking them to small claim's court to recoup the cost of the pump and installation. Such a hassle. This all could have been avoided if he would have just been responsive to my texts (his preferred method of contact) and found a solution as his brother suggested he would. I never would have taken this far if he had just taken responsibility instead of ghosting me. I even tried sending him messages via instagram since his business profile is super active and I still never got a reply through that either.

Not to mention the fact that when they moved my hose bib they broke the knob and then he charged me $400 to replace it saying the knob was old. Well, it had been working just fine before they moved it so to me they should have covered the cost of replacing it.

Terrible service! I paid First Choice $575 to replace a water pressure regulator. The regulator never worked properly and had to be adjusted and tweaked several times. Finally, after a year and a half, the regulator failed and had to be replaced. A regulator should last a minimum of 5 to 10 years. Nevertheless, First Choice refused to replace the regulator. I offered to pay for a new regulator if First Choice would install it under warranty, but they refused. I hired a different plumber and he advised me that the regulator installed by First Choice was the absolute cheapest, worst made regulator available. My new plumber is installing a new, much better regulator for $375 -- $200 less than First Choice charged me for the worst possible regulator.

First Choice has terrible service, bad products, high prices, and terrible follow-up. I wasted $575 on First Choice. Don't make the same mistake.

We were recommended to First choice by our real estate agent Sheena Kapil. I sent a video of our severely leaking tank on our toilet and Caear got back to me within minutes ! By 2pm Daniel showed up. we went to lowe's picked our my new toilet however we neglected the measure the height of the toilet due to a tile extension ledge above the toilet . Easy fix since we have two bathrooms we just moved the older short toilet to this area and installed the new ADA higher toilet in our master suite Easy solution to a maddening problem . After we moved into our new home our painter flushed the toilet and water came out of the tank like niagara falls . Daniel was terrific he was on time on point in the repairs , strong as an ox and overall good guy to deal with . Thanks again for helping us out in this emergency .
