It was the day after Christmas and the sewer clean-out had water flowing from it. Called 1st Stop Plumbing who was on another job. Promised to be here in an hour and a half and arrived on time. A camera view of the interior of the sewer drain pipe revealed a task well done. A tiny more clean up of the job site would have made a 1st Class job.

Some weeks after this good experience we had need of a plumber for a failed water heater. We called First Call Plumbing and Sewer Service and Mike told us he ONLY does sewer work. Not clear why plumbing is in the name of his business. Now we know.

Mike was able to come out the same day I called. He showed me the roots I had through his camera. He and his partner unclogged the sewer pipe and cleaned up the mess. Mike also guaranteed his work and gave me a good price. I was very pleased and asked him for his card because I will be calling him again when I need his services.

With all the plumbing choices in the Sacramento area - it can be quite overwhelming to find the right company. So, we looked on Yelp - and after reading several reviews, we chose FIRST CALL PLUMBING AND SEWER SERVICE. SO GLAD we did!

Mike Brunson (the Owner) came to our home with his assistant Carlos to find the source of a leak under our house. Mike was very cordial over the phone. They showed up when promised - and did a THOROUGH job, checking ALL our water sources (kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area).

Other companies will just shine a light under the house. But, Carlos actually climbed under the house to access the situation. Mike gave us a great quote, and both worked together SERVING EACH OTHER to get the job done in less than 2 hours! It was SO REFRESHING to see this type of ""Team Work""!

I HIGHLY recommend these guys and will DEFINITELY be calling them in the future! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
