GREAT PLUMBING SERVICE! I was having a serious emergency (well in my opinion), my pipes backed up and s*** literally flooded my bathroom through my shower drain. I called this company in a true panic and hysteria and Mike was so polite, walked me through what to do and calmed me down. He and Carlos came out the next day right on time and cleared the problem up within 30 minutes. They were both really nice, honest funny guys and so reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I needed plumbing service and had no idea who I should call for fear of being ripped off. So, I turned to Yelp and that's where I found Mike of First Call Plumbing. I'm so glad that I found him. He answered his own phone, returned calls when he said he would and was prompt for our appointment. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that was with him. Anyway they were both professional, friendly and made me feel at ease immediately. And they fixed my clogged sink! Great experience. Hopefully, I won't see him anytime in the near future but it's comforting to know that I know exactly who to call for any future plumbing issues. Thanks guys!

Awesome! Mike answered my call on a Sunday morning! He was able to come that afternoon to give an estimate for a broken water pipe and fixed it that same day! He showed us exactly what was going on explained what he did. We are so very thankful for the wondeful job he & Carlos did! So very glad we gave him a call and very pleased with the quote!

I called Mike about a plugged drain line that was backing up water in both kitchen sinks. Luckily he happened to be working in the Carmichael area already. He said he would be available within about 2 hours and would call again before coming by. He called on time and said he would arrive within 20 minutes. He arrived on time and went to straight work on the cleanout outside. Based on the problem I had described to him over the phone, he said he did not need to go in the house. He used a professional snake to go about 65'-70' under the house, and within 10 minutes the sewer line running under my slab-floor house was clear and free of any blockage. He showed us the ball made of lint from the washing machine and grease from the kitchen. He recommended not to let any food scraps go down the kitchen sink drain and that there wasn't much one could do about the washing machine discharge. A job well done on time. The best $125 I ever spent. I would gladly pay it again to have such service and to get this problem off of my back when I most needed it to be done.

These guys are great! I have a clogged sewer drain and they tried their hardest to get it unclogged but it wouldn't happen. :( Mike told me he was going to call the county for me because he figured it might be on their side. He called them for me and they showed up in an hour, checked the sewage pipe and it is on their side. So they are fixing it and cleaning up the nasty mess it left in my backyard. I will be calling First Call Plumbing in the future if I have any other problems because they are very helpful and know what they are doing and helped me get the problem fixed when they couldn't.
