All I have to say is... AWESOME, AMAZING, FAST and FRIENDLY service. I have already started telling everyone I know about Mike and Carlos. I wish I could give more than five stars for First Call Plumbing. I will never call another sewer company again. I can't stress enough how awesome these guys are.

In the process of re-landscaping our front yard, we found a sewer cleanout right where the new front walkway was to be. Mike quickly returned my early am call, and was out with Carlos the same afternoon. They dug up, removed, and replaced the old cleanout with fresh pipe, and placed a new cleanout at a desired spot in the yard. They were very efficient and fun to talk to. They preserved my concrete pour schedule, and I am grateful. They fully deserve a 5 star review. Please note: Mike only accepts plumbing work related to sewer problems. It is his specialty (25 yrs of experience), and you will be disappointed if you call him for a leaky faucet !

They SAW my drained, but recently flooded basement (I called them to drain it), AND they didn't charge me a service fee. UNBELIEVABLE. (I've mailed Mike Brunson a check today for his service call, much less than he deserves)

Two months ago I had a clog in my sewer and Mike and Carlos came out to fix it. Mike put a 60 day guarantee on the job. Last night it clogged again and it was literally the 60th day. I texted him that night and he came out the morning after at 8 am and unclogged it for free. I would highly recommend First Call Plumbing!

Mike performed the camera inspection for my sewer line and also was able to resolve an issue that another company quoted me $850 and would have blown my pipe. Mike is pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way that he can at an affordable price.

I never wrote a review for anyone until today. This is my very first but I truly believe that MIKE deserved a GOOD review. Like many others gave him. The other night, our all 3 bathrooms started to back up and were clogged badly. Early in the morning it got even worse. Of course first thing I did is google a plumber and I contacted *** Rooter (will not mentioned company) since it's the first one showed up in the screen and make an appointment. I thought I should call another back up plumber incase the first one cancels or doesn't show up. I found MIKE from YELP. I saw the 5 stars and called him. I explained to him that all 3 baths are clogged and need help ASAP. He said he can't showed up right away but if I can wait he can by 4:30 or sooner. I was honest and told him that I called someone already then he said, if they give me a ridiculous quote, call him back.

*** Rooter showed up as scheduled time. I wasn't present but as per my brother he is young and very polite, he did what he supposed to do, then he called me and explained that he CANT' find the appropriate clean out, but let say its present it will cost me $700. But since there's no appropriate clean out, he has to remove the toilet bowl and will cost me $350, plus extra cost for whatever reason he told me in a total of $1,200

I thought that is ridiculous, so I told him I will call my husband. I did and he thinks that too much. So I called MIKE again and explained to him what the other guy told me. MIKE was very nice and said if I can wait he will show up by 4:30pm or sooner.

3pm Mike text me and told me that he should be at my location by 30 minutes. Which was an 1 hour early than we had discussed. He arrived and as per my brother description, MIKE patiently looked all over outside the house and he found the appropriate clean out...YEY, just for that I save $350 already. Plus, he did what he supposed to do, he called all GOOD NEWS... He is so funny and jokingly told me that there is no problem in my plumbing, the problem is the user because he found a lot of baby wipes. He gave me an honest advice to be careful what to throw in the toilet bowl plus he only charge me $200.00. I basically save $1000 whoooh.

Like other review he received in YELP, MIKE is very honest, knowledgeable and he is concern with your pocket. I saved his number and will surely refer to anyone of my family and friends.

Called mike at 1st call plumbing for an early morning plumbing emergency. He was available, thoughtful, courteous and as a handy guy I appreciated his approach to plumbing issues - snaking followed by video camera to diagnose long term problems. He showed up promptly ready to work when he said he would. He quickly figured out that my draining issues came from the county's service line and then didn't try to hustle me - instead he said ""you just saved a few bucks, call the county"". I'm so impressed I will be using him in the future and refereeing him out to others. Thank you 1st call.
