Our toilets and tubs started overflowing the Sunday night before Christmas, called Mike Monday morning 12/23 and he had his technician Dustin out within 1 hour. Awesome speedy service on a week where I was worried that nobody would be available. Great customer service from Dustin who was able to show me what the problem was and where it was after fixing it with a cool scope camera down into the pipes. My new plumber has been found!

This morning we heard water running from inside our bathroom wall. I got on yelp and found 1st call in the top 10 rated on Yelp. Called around 6:50 am. They answered and got me an appointment with Dustin at 8:30. Dustin and his co-worker were on time. We remodeled our master about 6 months ago and they identified that during construction a baseboard nail had punctured the pipe in the bathroom. It just took a few months for it to rust and break, causing the leak. They were able to cut out a small bit a of the sheetrock, and replace the portion of the pipe. All done within a 2 hour timeframe. Really appreciate all their help, and would definitely use them again.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Mike. As a new homeowner, I originally called Bonney plumbing (the worst idea I've ever had) to come out. They charged me $50 after being here for less than 5 minutes just to come out and tell me they weren't exactly sure what was wrong, then they gave me a quote for $2,000 without even really knowing what the issue was.
Luckily I was referred to Mike shortly after, I called him at 8pm on Tuesday night and him and Carlos were at my front door the very next morning. They first spent at least 30 minutes digging and moving rocks in my backyard to locate an access point, then fixed the issue within 2 hours for $1,300 LESS than what Bonney quoted me and they did way more work than what Bonney was going to do.
Because my house is so old with really old plumbing, I ended up with an additional clog because of the original issue, I texted Mike and him and Carlos were back out at my house within the day to fix it at NO extra cost. Mike walked me through everything and explained all of my options. He even replaced the flapper on my toilet, which was completely unrelated and he just happened to have an extra one in his truck.
Can't recommend these guys enough.

I could hear a hissing sound in my shower wall. I had a feeling it was a broken pipe in the wall. I called multiple plumbers to see if they could come out today but no one was able to accommodate me. First Call Plumbing was able to send someone within the hour. Mike went above board with excellent communication on Dustin's arrival time and also called after he left to be sure everything was okay. Dustin quickly determined it was not a broken pipe in my wall but a hose bib outside that was not completely closed. When he was leaving I asked how much I owed him and he said there was no charge. It is so refreshing to work with an honest company who is quick to respond and meet your needs. I am forever grateful and will continue to use them in the future.

Mike came out and found the leak immediately. Did an excellent repair. He spent a lot of time clearing the cold water line of any possible pipe cement residue. He did this to protect the Hot Water Heater and other appliances. Was very reasonable and I can say refreshingly honest. Did a terrific job cleaning up also.

Our old hot water heater was leaking. Dustin came out and installed a new American Standard hot water heater in our home. It works great. He also installed a new faucet in our kitchen sink. Highly recommend First Call Plumbing.

I was buying an old house and needed a second opinion on a sewer inspection. Mike came out the same day on the 4th of July to perform the video inspection and his recommendation came out a couple of thousand dollars cheaper than the first inspection. The first company recommended hydro jetting and replacing an underground sewer line that would have cost me an extra few grand. Mike recommended hydro jetting only and didn't think the sewer line needed replacement based on his experience. So I went with him to perform a hydro jetting to clean out the sewer line. He reinspected the sewer after the work was done and gave me a 5-year warranty on his work. The price was fair and reasonable. I'd gladly recommend First Call Plumbing and Sewer.

Mike was introduced to us by our contractor, Pete with Placor Construction on July 4th, an inopportune time to have a plumbing problem but Mike came to the rescue. He not only fixed our immediate problem but educated us on what future concerns we would be facing. As promised the issue presented itself and with one call was back to our home and repaired the problem immediately. He and his trusty crew member, Carlos, were amazing. Needed quick service and analysis of a slow draining sewer line. Mike and Carlos responded and showed up within an hour to look at the problem. Very fast and friendly service and quote was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others.

First time home owner.. after a couple of quotes from other popular Sacramento plumbing companies that were extremely high$$$ I found these guys. They are the best in the business for real.. for real. Very polite ,Quick to respond ,Prices very fair No nonsense.Mike and Carlos handled replacing my whole sewer line and some other things. Dont cheat yourself treat yourself.
