No words can express my gratitude for these gentlemen (Mike & Carlos). I've been having clogged sewage pipes for a couple of years due to overgrown roots. They replaced the entire piping and resolved this problem once and for all.

Had a drain that was causing issues these guys came out within the hour and went above and beyond. They actually had to remove a small sink and re-braze a pipe just to gain access to the blockage. As a small business owner it's great to see these guys doing well and a good feeling to support the local small guy. Call them you won't be disappointed.

Believe the other reviews. These guys are fantastic. Mike and Carlos came out after I had 3 different plumbers look at our shower drainage problems. None of them were able to figure it out. Mike had it diagnosed with his camera in no time and was able to come out first thing the next morning to replace part of the main sewer line, a new shower drain line, and a cleanout. After nine months we can finally take showers without it backing up into both bathrooms. They finished the job in the amount of time promised, charged a reasonable rate for the work that was done, and even did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend them and will never call anyone else.

Mike is simply amazing. We have had consistent sewage drainage issues since we bought our new place, and were considering a $5000+ line replacement from one of the bigger local companies, but decided to get a second opinion from Mike first (based on all the good reviews on Yelp). We're very glad we did - he saved us $4000, did the job in half the time, and was very friendly and easy to work with. He obviously has years of experience and offered us a variety of options to fix our problems. Since then, we had one more issue (which was our fault) and Mike came back and fixed it at no charge (and he arrived 20 minutes after I called him!) I wish all businesses provided the service, experience and customer support that Mike and Carlos at First Call Plumbing provide!
