I recently moved to the Folsom area and own a home built about 35 years ago. The plumbing was working fine until disaster struck. The main sewage line clogged and not one but ALL the toilets backed up as well as the bathtubs and sinks! Not to mention the nasty sewage smell. This was at night and no one was answering the phone. I decided to shut off the water and wait it out until the morning.

I called 3 different 5 star plumbers I found on Yelp early the next morning. The first never returned my call, the second called back 2 hours later only to let me know they don't fix sewage main problems, and the third said they couldn't come out to look at it until late in the afternoon the next day. Mike was the 4th person I called and from now on he will be the first! Not only did he answer the phone himself we was at my house in less than 2 hours after finishing the job he was on! When he arrived he quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem, found where the roots got into the sewage pipe, cleared out the line, checked the line with a camera all the way to the street, added a extension to the pipe to prevent the problem again, and put on booties to protect our carpet before testing all the toilets and drains in the house. All this for less than what other 5 star plumbers charge just to look at you pipes with a camera!! Did I mention he also included a 90 warranty on his work?

I never met Mike before. I have no reason to give him such glowing praise except for the fact that he is exceptionally good at what he does and beyond fair and reasonable with his pricing. A bargain at twice the price, he has earned a lifetime customer.

Mike was awesome! He came the next day and kept in great communication the day of for his arrival time. The best part?!? HE SAVED US $150!!! He identified our problem & explained to us he thought the county was responsible AND he would call them and have them come out. Turned out he was right! The county came out post haste (an hour later) and fixed our sewer problem- NO CHARGE! Thank you Mike! You're knowledge & customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!

I've had to call Mike 3 or 4 more times since my original post for other issues, and each time he has delivered with flying colors. I seriously can't think of a better guy. Nobody wants to have plumbing issues, but this guy will fix you right up, and at an extremely reasonable rate. I have no worries or concerns depending on him.

I was using a home warranty company, and their plumbers failed me multiple times, so I actually took the extra time to fill out paperwork to utilize Mike and his guys instead, and pay the additional non-covered portion out of pocket. He's that awesome!
