I can't begin to say how wonderful Mike and his team are. Here we are in the middle of a global pandemic and our bottom floor floods from a cracked sewer line. I called Mike at 10AM and his crew was patching up my garage floor at 4PM. I have 2 small kids so I could not have sewage on my floors. He knew how important this was for us. We had to find the most economical choice despite being desperate. Mike didn't know that my husband and I both just lost our jobs. All I can say is we were so blessed. Mike was reasonable, he guarantees his work and he knew how completely overwhelmed our family is. He was there for us right when we needed him and delivered the highest quality work.

Excellent experience. I purchased my home two years ago and Mike performed a sewer inspection prior to purchase. He found $1500 worth of damage we were able to have the seller fix prior to closing. More recently our tub overflowed and was disgusting. I called Roto-Rooters 24 hour line. The plumber came out and determined that the main sewer line was compromised and they needed to perform $500 worth of diagnostics to flush the line and do a camera exam of the sewer line. I called my real estate agent to see if he thought this was a reasonable estimate. He recommended calling Mike. Mike recommended waiting on the diagnostics for him to come take a look. He came out and determined that the sink was clogged, but the tub was lower so gravity caused the water to accumulate in the tub instead (other plumber didn't think to look there). He snaked the kitchen drain and fixed the problem. He performed the camera inspection as to verify the main sewer line was not compromised. Instead of replacing all the pipes (what roto-rooter planned on doing anticipating up to $3800 worth of work) he spent time teaching us things to do differently to care for our older plumbing system. Basically, because he knows what he is doing he saved us unnecessary diagnostic costs and fixed the problem within a few hours. Very grateful for his help.

Believe the 5 star reviews - First Call Plumbing is the best! I can not say enough about Mike and Carlos and their work. Very professional and pleasant / friendly as well. I called First Call (first choice after they did similar 5 star work for my parents a few years ago) early this morning after a late night sewer back-up...and these guys have already taken care of EVERYTHING. Mike even dealt with my HOA office for me. First Call scoped and cleared the pipes (and yes, as others have noted they showed me the images) then replaced the ancient, scaled 3 inch diameter pipe outside my house with new FOUR inch ABS plastic pipe. They also took the time to make a great match to the aggregate on my driveway after sealing up the access. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Highly recommend! Mike and Carlos are amazing. After reading all the great reviews on here, I called Mike to map out where my sewer line is before having some palm trees removed, and to check the plumbing under my house that another plumber did to make sure everything was ok. They charged a very reasonable price and showed me on camera and outside exactly where my sewer line runs. And free of charge, Carlos went under the house and checked all the plumbing. He even brought up the large old pipes the previous plumber has left down there and hauled them away at no cost. I have found a new plumbing company for life!! I can't say enough praise about Mike and Carlos! They are friendly, on time, clean, honest and offer good prices.

Hey people...this great company answers their calls immediately!! Called for sewer overflow problem and spoke to Mike. A man of integrity for sure. Since the back sewer pipe near the fence of our house was overflowing, he told us that it may be the cities problem and to contact City of Sacramento first. He didn't want me to incur any fees from them if in fact it was the cities problem. He only had an opening at noon the next day and told me he would keep me in that time slot until he heard back from me. He told me to just text him. The city came and fixed our problem and it didn't cost us a penny! I texted Mike and told him to cancel the appointment, which he did. Let me just say one thing, if ever we have any plumbing issues, we will be calling Mike!! You wonder why they have 5 stars from everyone??? They care about you, the customer. It isn't about money!! They must be Patriots!!! Thanks again Mike, you are the BEST!!

Mike diagnosed our problem (a cracked sewer main) in about 15 minutes, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He's honest, prompt (showed up for appointments early!) and a pleasure to work with. He earned all five stars.

Our toilets and tubs started overflowing the Sunday night before Christmas, called Mike Monday morning 12/23 and he had his technician Dustin out within 1 hour. Awesome speedy service on a week where I was worried that nobody would be available. Great customer service from Dustin who was able to show me what the problem was and where it was after fixing it with a cool scope camera down into the pipes. My new plumber has been found!

This morning we heard water running from inside our bathroom wall. I got on yelp and found 1st call in the top 10 rated on Yelp. Called around 6:50 am. They answered and got me an appointment with Dustin at 8:30. Dustin and his co-worker were on time. We remodeled our master about 6 months ago and they identified that during construction a baseboard nail had punctured the pipe in the bathroom. It just took a few months for it to rust and break, causing the leak. They were able to cut out a small bit a of the sheetrock, and replace the portion of the pipe. All done within a 2 hour timeframe. Really appreciate all their help, and would definitely use them again.
