Clogged my Kitchen sink (put too much in garbage disposal ); lucky for me they gave me a 2hour wait time; Alex kept me in the loop in regard to arrival time, which is AWESOME! Alex is really responsive and very fair. We just moved into our house in March and he came out for the first home inspection and gave us the report, and since then has been out here 2-3 times helping us with various problems. His pricing is fair and he only charges a nominal trip fee if you don't get anything done when he comes out. He won't oversell you. And he's a straight shooter as far as what is wrong with your plumbing systems. Highly recommend!

5 star customer experience. My kitchen sink began leaking late in the evening. After doing a quick yelp search I came across First Aid Plumbing. Since it was after normal business hours, I was initially concerned that my request for service would not be received until the following morning. However, Alex replied within 10 minutes and following a few messages I had an appointment schedule for the next day. The next day Alex checked in frequently via text to provide an ETA and within an hour the leak was fixed. I would definitely use First Aid Plumbing again and would recommend them to others.

Call him first! He's the best! He came out immediately and fixed the issue at an affordable price. I was freaking out there was water on my floors and leaking under my sink. I reached out to him and he was calm and collected and offered to come out the next day. He came, saw and conquered!
