I had an issue with my hallway floor heating up and could not figure out the cause and the possible fix. Mike was referred to me as a experienced and professional plumber. When I explained the situation over the phone, he was able to identify the issue as a hot water leak. Given the urgency of the issue, Mike made himself available with 24 hours and was able to pinpoint exact area of the leak via modern diagnostic tool. With minimal damage to my flooring, he fixed the leak and did a very clean job. Mike is a rare plumber who is reliable and does not overcharge. I highly recommend Mike for his unmatched services!

Very nice and professional, came the same day my water heater broke. Took the time to look up the warranty information and got me the part under warranty rather than me paying for it.
