A *GREAT* job!

This was an amazing experience. I've worked with various trade and craft over the years, and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had.

I needed to have both plumbing and gas work done, and on Monday had asked several plumbers here on Yelp if they could help. While all of them responded in that same day, Mike from FineFix Plumbing and Rooter responded within ten minutes, and was willing to come by that same evening after I finished work. Very helpful and friendly, Mike looked at what I needed to have done -- and sent me a written estimate just moments after he left. The work was clearly described, and the price was *very* reasonable!

Tuesday morning, I asked how soon he could do this work, and he was willing to do it that same day! I wasn't able to do that, but Mike was flexible enough to be able to do it on Wednesday. He told me the time he would be there...

... and Mike showed up exactly at that time, *and* called beforehand to confirm!

Mike completed all the work in only a few hours, letting me know ahead of time when water and gas would be off, and when it would be back on. Mike's work is exact, precise, and very efficient. He did a great job (and left everything clean, too)! Frankly, the work Mike did was beautiful, something I didn't think I would be saying about plumbing work.

Courteous, helpful, a very good communicator, and a master plumber that does *excellent* work at a very reasonable price! Very highly recommended -- I will be asking for Mike again!

I highly recommend FineFix Plumbing's services Mike was on time professional. I recently purchased a home and needed plumbing services contacted 2 different people prior to making my decision with Mike and both gave unfair pricing, His work and advice was found to be extremely helpful to us and overall experience was amazing. photos I attached were not the finished work but will add more photos once done but truly am happy with my decision on FineFix Plumbing .

Mike was wonderful!! My daughter found Finefix Plumbing because she needed an immediate fix on her toilet that was costing a lot of money with the water running constantly. Mike came the same day and fixed it for a very reasonable price compared to everyone else. We had the same issue at our house and so he came within a day and did the same fix. He was quick, knowledgeable, very nice and polite, and extremely professional. We will definitely use Finefix again for our next plumbing issues. So glad we found Mike!

This company is awesome. I called them this afternoon and Mike said he would come out by this evening! He didn't charge me an arm and a leg like all the other companies I called had quoted me and he fixed my toilet within an hour-no problem. I really appreciated that he didn't try to tell me I needed more things fixed and try to charge me more. He was ethical and very nice. I have already referred them and would recommend them to anyone.

Water heater thermo couple needed changing. Instead of trying to fix it myself i had Mike replace it and he was kind enough to show me how to do myself in the future. Great service, prompt response and arrival. Courteous and informative.

I found them with the SrvU App. I looked them up at 3 p.m., had them at the house with a quote at 3:30 with explanations about tank and tankless, the left and brought back the hot water heater by 4:20 and installed and working by 5:30 p.m. Wow. Their price was almost 1,000 dollars less, they were honest and fair, quick and competent. I was excited to get my 20 year water heater replaced quickly and with zero remorse. I'm having them fix some long standing problems in the house too. They have my full confidence. Great guys.
