This is the second water softener system DLC helped installed. This time I asked for a tankless water heater as well. Carlos was responsive and helped schedule the installation date soon. He gave me a really fair price compared to others. His daughter came to install the whole system on scheduled day and did a wonderful job.
Good service always shows after payment. This time we met a rare case that the capacity indicator of softer system keeps dropping even no water was used. I called Carlos a few days after installation. Carlos came by on the day he promised and after checking he consulted the technician of manufacturer and tried to solve the issue. After 2 hour work, finally we found the reason and get it workaround. I think there's a design issue the water heater company should address for some rare cases.
The conclusion is It is hard to find such kind of service now. So many companies show the big difference before and after they get paid. I highly recommend Carlos DLC if you want to install water softener and heater. You won't regret it.

We updated our home's water purification system 6 months ago and went in with these guys.

Carlos was prompt in sending us the quote for Water Softener + Carbon System + RO. I must say they gave the best price out of all other vendors that we reached out to.

Installation was scheduled and was overseen by Carlos' daughter Karla. The service was great and installation was done smoothly without any issues.

We requested service after few months as we needed to know which RO filters to replace and Carlos was again very prompt in responding back.

We highly recommend these guys !

The installation was very technical due to a recent remodel at the residence resulting in the crew working with several tight/blind places in the attic. Carlos helped quote out a full install of a water softener, big blue, and carbonizer. His team Luis and Bill came out, they were professional and quick. My tankless water heater stopped working, & I found it had a small leak. A few plumbers checked it & said the 7-year-old unit needed to be replaced due to corrosion. All wanted to sell a more expensive brand, but some quotes were outrageous!

My son's company hired DLC Construction before, so he contacted Carlos & forwarded me quotes for the expensive brand AND my existing brand. The quotes were very reasonable, & I liked that Carlos was willing to install my existing brand, so I gave him a call. He convinced me that the more expensive brand was better, & I scheduled the installation. Then, I texted Carlos to ask if he could install a more expensive model, & he took the time to call & explain that it would be costly because my plumbing wasn't configured to handle it.

The next day, Karla came to install the unit; she was very nice & professional. Before beginning, she explained what she would be doing & gave me the manuals for the new unit. I now have hot water, & I'm so happy with DLC Construction that they're going to install my water softener next week!
