I chose Fina Water systems because of the reviews and I am happy to add mine now! Carlos was able to give me a quote over the phone via FaceTime and his workers were reliable and efficient. Carlos not only installed a water purification system, but also was able to connect me with Karla and her awesome team to replace my old galvanized pipes. The next day we realized our washer was not connected to the water so Karla and her partner came first thing in the morning and were able to fix it within a few minutes. Happy customer!

Requested a quote on Yelp, and talked to Carlos right away. Carlos gave me a quote which I thought it was too good to be true. I face timed Carlos to show him my garage, and he told me it's going to be the same price as he quoted. I scheduled an appointment with him. Couple youngsters showed up on time and ready to install. At first I was a bit worried because I thought Carlos will be installing, but man, was I wrong. The youngsters were fast and polite, most importantly, I can tell the piping was done flawlessly. The next day I recommend my brother to get the same set up at his house. Highly recommended!

Carlos was super helpful and transparent. We had lost water pressure throughout the house. We had our local water department to come out and inspect the situation. He immediately suggested that with his experience over the years, it's usually the water softener unit that causes the water pressure issues. I was searching for someone to come and do maintenance on our unit, but Carlos advised it's a fairly outdated unit and that he would not be able to service it. But he was kind enough to FaceTime me and walk me through how to bypass the system until I figured out what our next steps would be... I immediately trust him and would use him should we decide to update and replace our existing water softener unit. Thank you Carlos!
