Carlos was super helpful and transparent. We had lost water pressure throughout the house. We had our local water department to come out and inspect the situation. He immediately suggested that with his experience over the years, it's usually the water softener unit that causes the water pressure issues. I was searching for someone to come and do maintenance on our unit, but Carlos advised it's a fairly outdated unit and that he would not be able to service it. But he was kind enough to FaceTime me and walk me through how to bypass the system until I figured out what our next steps would be... I immediately trust him and would use him should we decide to update and replace our existing water softener unit. Thank you Carlos!

I was very happy with the response from Carlos in terms of speed of responding to questions. He quote was very reasonable and he did not try to up-sell anything that was not needed. I had originally gotten a quote in March 2022, and after talking to other companies, home depot, Costco, I decided to go with Carlos.

The crew was excellent, it was his daughter and a helper, family business. They took away my existing water softener. Previously, I have three-quarter inch pipes that the previous owner/plumber had installed to the old water softener, and the team replaced to 1 inch pipes (which it should have been this way). The previous water softener was too small for my house. The 1 inch pipes has improved flow of water into my house.

Their work was was very professional. They sweated the copper pipes with solder instead of shark bites (which is the easier way of getting copper pipes connected). The set up is very clean and they used good right angle techniques so there is no stress on the pipes being ""bent.""
They cleaned up before they left. They programed the water softener.

So I got the following:
Total water filtration - Big blue - replaced every 6 months the filter
Carbon tank
Softener tank - Pentair controller - does require an extra salt bin as seen on the picture to do the ion exchange.

I live in a 2500 sq ft house, it has 2.5 baths, 3 toilets, and 2 adults with 2 kids.

I contemplated on getting just a water filter and water conditioner that doesn't need the salt, but the with the hardness of the water where I live, it was a better choice to get the softener.

Overall very pleasant experience.
Would recommend to other people looking to get a water system.

Ask for a quote on yelp for a water softener sysreplacement 64K grains unit. Carlos was the first to respond and their price is best out out of 5 companies. And the next day they came out to install the system. His workers came early and finished the job in 1.5 hrs. Which was surprisingly fast. So I had plenty of time to get to work missing couple of hours. Excellent service on their part. I would STRONGLY recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thanks again Carlos.

I had my hard water treatment and reverse osmosis system installed by Carlos and team a little over a year ago and I am extremely satisfied with the system and the support I have gotten from Fina. Anytime I have a question Carlos is quick to respond. The installation was done quick and professionally by the team. There was a lot of piping needed for our job and his team installed it well without messing up all the plants in the way. It was a very neat and professional job done for a price that was way below all the larger companies in the area. I got many quotes for our project and Fina beat all of them by a huge margin. One year on the system is performing great, I just changed the RO filters for the first time and it was pretty easy to do on my own. Whenever I have a question about my system I get in touch with Carlos and can do a video call to show him what I'm talking about if needed.
