These guys are awesome. I called for some annual maintenance due to roots growing into an old drain pipe. Tony showed up the same day (within 1 hour) They did the exact same job as roto-rooter for 1/4 of the price. I highly recommend them and will be calling them every year.

These guys are just AMAZING! I am still a bit in shock... In business 31 years. If there were an option to give a bajiilion stars I would...
Day 1: Mark (the owner) comes to my house and spends at least an hour diagnosing a backed up drainage system to drain rain off the roof. He took a half hour driving to my house. He says he needs his snake that has a camera on the end, and he will return tomorrow. Never mentioned a charge.
Day 2:
Mark and Santos (an amazing, wonderful guy also...) came to my house with the ""camera-ed snake' that has a video camera on the end to diagnose why my downspouts are plugged. Upon snaking the pipes they found out where the ""clog"" started in the ground. Digging out and cutting open the pipe (a corrugated plastic pipe) it was obvious it was beyond repair, completely over grown with roots and dirt. So rather than try to sell me a 4K plumbing job (which I probably would have agreed to..) he shows me a simple ""do it yourself"" fix that I can do for 50$ with stuff from Home Depot. Then Mark said ""I will send you the 4K estimate anyway, but I wouldn't do it if it was my house.""
It just makes my heart sing to know that there are still such souls on the planet. They spent 2+ hours at my house over 2 days and charged me $87.50. Huh? Believe it.

Used this company last year and when the back-up started this last week-end, I did not hesitate to call. Derek was out in an hour and cleared the roots out in short order. He also cleared another drain. I was a tad disappointed that they were going charge extra for the additional drain, but when I told him that this was not disclosed when they quoted me the price, he fixed the problem at no additional charge.

I'll use and recommend them again.

Our 17 years old garbage disposer suddenly went out of business. We searched YELP for nearby plumbing service. $15 has the most YELP reviews with highest rating. Their quote is reasonable. Luzinsky was little late for the appointment. But he was very professional. Answering all our questions, and requests. He finished the job efficiently. Will definitely contact them first for future plumbing needs.

After spending a couple days trying to unclog a slowly draining main pipe (as evidenced by a washing machine overflowing at the end of its cycle), we finally called Fifteen Dollar [sic]. The misleading name aside, it was an entirely satisfactory experience. Problem solved, price seemed reasonable compared to what we had heard about others (total cost $81), and Jason who came out was both friendly and knowledgeable, willing to explain all sorts of things about our pipes and so on. Definitely highly recommended.

Found them through yelp. Called them, they sent a guy named Sergio within an hour. In the end, I only paid $86.50 for the job, way cheaper than other quotes I saw.

Sergio is a very pleasant guy to work with. He explained to me where the roots came into the sewage pipe. He has been with the company for 7 years and said the business itself had been around for over 30 years and I guess that was how they got their name. :)

really great pricing! I paid $304 for the same exact service(clearing main sewage line for our duplex) to Roto Rooter vs $86.50 to $15 here...I asked my service guy, Benny, what was $15 and he said he doesn't know, it's just the name...? Whatever...he came same day, a Sunday afternoon and was very professional and did the job.

I think I'll definately go with these guys again because Roto Rooter is a rip off, and they gaurantee only 30 days ...

I have used Roter Rooter in the past and felt like I got ripped off. I tried 15 dollar rooter because of the reviews. I am another satisfied customer. The plumber that came out is named Paul. Great guy and tried a couple things to get things working.

sergio came out on a saturday afternoon 2 hours after my call and cleaned my line. cost of 86.50 is not $15 but is quite reasonable. i found it instructive to view the camera on the rooter, and sergio was very pleasant.
