I chose this company instead of other more reputable ones on the basis of yelp reviews. Major mistake. I called and said water was coming up from our shower and our contractor had already come out and determined the line needed to be snaked. The plumber (Benny?) showed up and spent some time investigating the issue, then said he could snake it, but could not warranty the job as the company normal does, which made no sense to me. I had him call my husband to explain. We both were confused by the reason but needed it cleared. He did the work in about 10 min. Total time at our house: 65 min including the time for him to write up the bill in his truck. Bill? $142 (for 1 1/2 hours). Apparently the time to walk out to his car and write up the bill, which is the only reason we went beyond one hour, caused him to charge us for another half hour.
I called to complain. The woman who answered told me she would look into it and call me back the next day. Never did.
Avoid this company. Definitely shady.

Had emergency sewer blockage situation at apartment building. Came out assessed the situation accurately.. Total pros, did everything exactly as stated. Will be our first call for upcoming situations in future.

After a bad experience with another plumber (see my profile for review), I contacted $15 for help.
I was given a time frame between 9-1 and a phone call as to when they would show up. Within 30 minutes I got a call that they would be by within a half hour. They cleared my sewer line in an hour and it wasn't easy job since I didn't have an accessible clear out on my property. The only two areas that had a clear out was the sewer vent on the roof and the basement. The equipment was too heavy and area too narrow to carry the snake machine to the basement so the vent had to be used. Instead of one person to do the job, it now required two plumbers because of vent location.
They got the job done, my house is regular again, and price was reasonable. By the way, it's no longer $15 for their service. I ended up paying $176 due to the need of having a second plumber.
I recommend them.

I set up an appointment on Thursday for them to show up on Saturday. They didn't show up during the appointment window. I called after the appointment window, and they said they'd send someone out with 2 hrs. 2 hrs later, no one. Call again, and it will be another 2 hrs. Don't waste your time.

Needed the sewer main cleared, as I do every couple years. Many plumbers will charge you over $200 for 15 minutes of work doing this. Called Fifteen Dollar, they came out in a few hours, cleared the line for $88 and that was that. I will definitely be using them in the future, as I was growing tired of being gouged for such a simple service by other plumbers.

OK - called these guys on a Saturday morning - standard charge of ~$86.50 and someone will be here w/in 2 HOURS! Guy said that he thought the plumber will get there w/in an hour, but he has to promise 2 because some times things come up.

Excellent response, excellent service, excellent results! Within 2 hours of my call for a backed up kitchen sink (likely due to a clog somewhere in the system), I was given an always appreciated 15-minute until arrival call and a polite plumber arrived. After snaking from the outside into the house line and out to the street, the sink was still draining slowly. Martin (polite, patient, thorough) persisted until he managed to clear the line, finally get to it from under the sink. In the process he did find a leaky U-trap and replaced it. All in all, this process took a couple of hours of persistent attention and the cost was fair, very fair. Martin took time to explain to me what he was doing as he went along. Oh, and there's a handy 30-day guarantee just in case ... but I doubt I'll need it. Thank you, Martin and thank you, $15 Rooter Sewer & Drain!

Came out in about 1 hour at night. Had our main sewer line open in about 15 minutes (about 100 feet). Then did a free scope of the line. Charged $130.50 and gave a 90 day warranty. Nice guy (Jason). I would look no further. Their quote over the phone was $140.

I rate them highly but only if you request Roman Bandy. I actually had to send back another worker because he couldn't even remove the cover to the clean-out. Roman easily cleared the drain and did not try to ""upsell"" . He is a nice guy, honest, and extremely competent and knowledgable about plumbing. We regularly schedule him now to keep our drains clear and can always count on him, and cannot recommend any other plumber from this company.

I called them on Sunday evening for clearing the drainage stoppage. The dispatcher was prompt in answering the phone and gave me a quote of $130. The regular rate is about $87.
The rooter guy arrived on time and completed the job in 45 min. He was very pleasant to work with. He also told me that City could have come and cleared this for me for free as the problem was on their side.
I recommend this company for their service, reasonable rate, and their 30-day warranty.
