We received a mailer for this company, so I called and set up an appointment for a water test, I work mids so I forced myself to get up with only 3 hours of sleep to get ready for the appointment only to have the salesman come to the door shake my hand and ask if my wife was home too, I said no she's getting the kids (this why I had to wake up for the appointment) he said he would have the office call and come back when she could be here too, turned around and walked off...well Aqua pro, you may think I need my wife around to buy your services, but if this is a reflection I can decide to not use your company all by myself!

Response to owner...there was no mention during the scheduling hat both parties needed to be present, it was a bait trap with the offer of a gift card...they made it sound like it was going to be a simple water test not a sales pitch. In the end it was a waste of time and lost sleep...now I will simply call someone who doesn't try to trap customers when I need it tested

Get the filter somewhere else or do it your self, save your selfe hedeaches and a lot of money.
I got a water purifier for the whole house and a reverse osmosis filter under the sink for drinkable water, the systems works well my problem is how shady this company is and all the hidden fees that you end up paying
Two years ago I got a letter in my mail that there was a package waiting for me and that I have to call, I was expecting a package so I thought it was that but I got to talk to a random email person that somehow convences me to get two free movie tickets, at that point I should know something was not rithg, a person showed up during the week he was really nice but he rushed to enter to my house right away which was a red flag for me, he was pushing really hard to sell me the filters, they offer me a bunch of free things if I purchase the system including a 5 year supply for all sort of cleaning things like:soap, shampoo, dish washer soap.... After more stuff they convened me to get it at a 5k usd which was not bad for all the stuff I was getting. The first year everything was greate and got a 1 year supply of the promised things, the problem started at the second year, when I requested the second year of stuff the same guy showed up telling me that things changed and that I will be getting the soap from other company, I didn't care until he told me that I had to pay another 200 usd for the shipment and that that will cover the five years, at that point I knew I did a mistake but I was already in so o payed him the 200 usd, it took the 1 month to ship the cleaning stuff and to my surprise if was only one small box, I call the representative and told me that the sopa was super concentrated and I should use small portions, I did but it was only a 3 months supply even following their directions.
This was my experience and I will not recommend this company at all, I now receive messages to do service on the filters but I do it my self they will charge you for every single thing.
You can get a reverse osmosis filter in Amazon for 400 usd including installation do your self a favour and get that instead.

I am so happy I got this system!!! I Worked with Juan Carlos in Modesto and both he and installer were fantastic!! I feel so good that I have clean water for myself and my family!! It's worth it! Call them today!!!

I just spent $125 on a service call that took less than a minute to fix and could have been resolved over the phone troubleshooting it with me. My drinking water dispenser suddenly had a low flow issue. The service tech simply pulled out the drinking water dispenser's gooseneck spigot and blew into it to get some debris out that had somehow gotten passed THEIR filter system that I had JUST had PM serviced 2 months ago for $375. Apparently they have no one trained in the office to troubleshoot that with their customers over the phone. Also, when they installed it, it would have been nice if they had let me know that could happen and what to do if it did. Aqua Pro Elite is about making money through service calls and PM calls. Also, I mentioned my dissatisfaction on their contact page and received no reply or phone call back. These are expensive systems and I want others to be warned before they invest in one.

We were a little skeptical at first if we should go with the AquaPro Elite System. There are other products out there that claim to do the same thing for a fraction of the price. After some debating and researching, we decided to pull the trigger and we could not be happier with our decision.

The two main points that put this system ahead of the others are:

1. The high quality of the product. Compared to other systems, you know you are getting top of the line quality and don't have to worry or wonder if your system is doing what it's designed to do.

2. The lifetime warranty that comes with the system. This was an incredible selling point. If at any time, there is a problem with the system, they will repair or replace the pieces necessary to keep it functioning properly. In the long run, this turns out to be a great deal on this sole fact alone. Not only that, but if you move, the company can move your system to your new place for a $500 charge. Not too shabby.

Taking a shower in soft water is like night and day. It may feel a little different (slimy) at first; but it feels so much better. You can feel the difference on your skin and in your hair. You will feel more 'fresh' knowing that your pores aren't being clogged by the minerals that are in hard water.

We are only a couple of days in of having our new system installed and we are loving it already. From Cleaner dishes to sparkling car washes, we can't wait to see all the other benefits soft water has to offer!

I've had my system installed for about a few weeks now and could not be happier with this purchase! From the sale to the install, everything was done very professionally and it was installed very quickly. I love the taste of the water and how soft it leaves my skin. Even though I did not purchase any equipment or products from AquaPRO because I just purchased a water softener system. Mr. Jonathin Watts is the person that customers would like inside their residence. Mr. Watts was very professional and respect to my family and I. He was also understanding of the surrounding cause we had a two year old running around. He was able to stay focus and display his product. Very good customer care skills. And I will purchase from AquaPRO in near future.

My experience with the Auqapro Elite system has been great. The rep Justin Watts was very knowledgeable about the system and was really great at introducing my wife and I to their products. They arrived the next day and installed the system very fast and made sure it worked perfectly. When our appointment had to change times Justin made sure he gave us a call and kept us informed on what was going on and made sure we knew what time to expect the team to arrive. Lastly the next rep Charles Wisham helped us get the soaps, sprays, and everything else. We would say this has been a wonderful experience. Both Justin and Charles are great at their job and really great people. We both recommend this product.
