Their service is absolutely amazing !! My bathrooms apartment had a plumbing issue, so I called their emergency line and they got back to me within 30 minutes. They sent a plumber to fix my bathroom asap and also sent a cleaning service! Shoutout to Alyssa !

FERTIG & Gordon have been managing our complex for less than one month, we have been harassed about our 2 young children at play, we hav been harassed about 1 scooter and one bike on property and threatened eviction without notice. Alyssa is EXTREMELY disrespectful and in response to me asking how i should keep my 2 year old autistic child from crying at times her response was "" I don't give a damn how you parent your children"" Alyssa is the most unprofessional human being I have ever encountered and will attempt to threaten intimidate and throw her power around as a scare tactic. If I could rate my experience less than one star I would but there is no lower option, upon reading all other reviews about Alyssa and this company it is shocking how she still has a job or any power at all, we hav lived here since before 2020 in the Catalina apartments and have NEVER had any complaints or problems with any management, it took Alyssa and this company less than 3 weeks to make myself and my families life extremely uncomfortable.

I hate that it's come to me having to write a bad review, especially because things started out so great. I viewed an apartment submitted an application and was denied with any explanation, I have many questions regarding the decision but no one will return my call. Before I applied they were answering very quickly responding immediately but after I paid a $75 dollar fee no more response no return call. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Im currently a domestic violence survivor and am getting assistance through a program that suggested this company. I would not have applied if I thought I was going to be denied. The least that I'm asking for is a call back.

If I could I would give this place a big 0. Not professional. They tell you they order parts and they never do. I Hurt myself on one of the property the manage and they did nothing about it. this is a truly horrible company. Beware

F & G has been my property manager for just over 3 yrs. now and they have been extremely good to me. I never have trouble getting in touch with them. Every repair request I've made not only has been done, it has been done in a timely manner. I love my apartment, it's quiet and well cared for and I'm very happy here. When my old pup passed away during Covid, flowers were sent to me and when I ended up in the ER one night, they thoughtfully called the next day to see how I was. It meant everything. No complaints! I highly recommend them!

Found out today through our neighbor that our property is no longer managed by this derailed trail of a team. It was shocking as they never notified the tenants nor did they communicate who and how we are paying our rent. Thankfully, our kind neighbor filled us in but add this to the list of irresponsible and bizarre behavior from Fertig. They have completely neglected the property in the last two months and have zero respect for tenants. I'd love to know where our thousands of dollars goes because they don't care about their properties.

I went to view the unit 800 S Azusa and was optimistic going in. I had my sister with me. We were greeted by the manager Dee. She was SO pleasant and welcoming. She made us already feel like we belong. Her warming attitude and beautiful unit made my decision to apply very easy. If all managers were like her there would be no vacancies
