I recently rented a beautiful home from F&G and my experience has been nothing but pleasant! After inquiring about the property, F&G staff was quick to respond, showing my partner and I the home within 24 hours. I mentioned I was looking to move fairly quickly so this promptness was greatly appreciated.

Because we are renting an older home, we had a few concerns with the electricity and gas line. These worries were immediately addressed with F&G staff coming out before we officially moved in to ensure all of our concerns were addressed.

I've rented several units and homes in the past and I am pleasantly surprised with the value, quality, and promptness from F&G!

Don't rent from this company. They go up on the rent every year, as much as they possibly can. While the staff may be friendly that means little when there are no improvements and the so called reason for rent increase is ""after reviewing income and expenses for the property, we find it necessary to increase your rental rate."" $150 per month increase in rent! $1800 per year! What expense increases justify this?! Inflation is under 4%... It's shameful... Doesn't matter that you've been a resident for 15 years and always paid on time.

All financial transactions are transparent and accessible to the owner via F&G's secured online portal. F&G has a large network of local consultants/tradesmen to assist in legal and building/property-related matters. F&G is well versed in local, county, and state laws, codes, and updates. TERRIBLE. I am a resident at a property this company manages and it's the worst management I have ever dealt with. I've come from apartment complexes before and this company is by far the worst. They do not pick up the phone, reply to voicemails, reply to emails, they do not answer important questions regarding rent and the portal they use is inaccurate. It's impossible to get a hold of someone to actually help with your requests. Do not recommend, stay away.

They are generally helpful and friendly. But when you move, they try to charge you and keep part of your deposit for ""cleaning"" and unnecessary maintenance. Don't allow this, if you've been in your residence for longer than 2 years- that's considered normal wear and tear. You should not have to pay this. We took them to court and won.
