Great re-plumbing job by Keith and Beau of Bill Fenwick Plumbing. Re-plumbs can be very destructive to a house due to routing of the new pipe. Keith did a great job of planning the routing of the new pipes to minimize the cutting of walls. He also made sure we were informed about what they were doing and why - no surprises. These guys take pride in their workmanship!

The plumber that was sent out, Keith. He was wonderful. Extremely insightful, very helpful, and honest. He was a delight and his work was impecable. Any time we need a plumber we will be calling Bill Fenwick asking for Keith. Thanks so much Keith!

I have an older house that I inherited from my parents. The house has galvanized pipes, so I knew I'd have problems eventually. Seven or eight months ago, water started backing up in the front shower. I snaked it out myself, got a bunch of clay-looking stuff out of it and it started working again (albeit slowly). At the end of July, the water started backing up and me snaking it from the shower wasn't working. I ended up with a mini-flood in my house and I called Bill Fenwick (based on other reviews) to come take a look at it. They sent John Tuthill and a helper (Mitch), who snaked it from the cleanout and got it draining again in less than an hour. They left me with a warning that because of the galvanized pipes that ran all the way to the street, this would be a long-term problem and I should look into replacing the sewer main, as it was probably one-quarter the size it should have been. On September 7 it all went to hell. This one wasn't a mini-flood because I took a shower while the washing machine and dishwasher were both running. I had water coming up from both toilets, the shower, and even the sink. I ran to Home Depot and rented an electric augur (knowing that my little hand-cranked one wasn't going to clear this) and after two hours of wrestling with the clog (and losing two augur heads), I gave in and called Bill Fenwick again. I asked for John Tuthill to come back out and he did. He said, in essence, """"Well, here we are. Time for a new sewer main."""" He gave me a written estimate and I immediately accepted it and scheduled it for September 9 (I did my homework and this estimate was exactly - and I mean within two dollars - of the national average for the work I needed done) and in the meantime, I got used to draining the overflow with a shop-vac through the cleanout whenever we needed to use water - super not fun. Anyway, it took them two days because of the peculiarities of my yard to dig out the clogged pipe, which turned out to not even be a pipe. It was a clearly DIY tarpaper pipe fix circa 1970. They put new PVC in the ground, got me all hooked up, and everything started draining correctly once more. The guys that were out here, especially John Tuthill (really can't recommend him enough, that's why I'm name-dropping him so much) were super professional and explained everything they were doing and why. There was no, """"Shove off and let us work"""" vibe and they were friendly and courteous despite having to hand-dig my yard during one of the hottest days in recent memory (100+ degree temps - I was seriously concerned for their health). My only MINOR complaint is that they left me with five contractor bags of broken masonry and never returned for the inspection that I was told was going to happen. I FULLY understand why they were in a rush, since if you live in Florida you'll notice that the day they got done with my work was the day before Hurricane Irma hit North Florida, but still it wasn't fun hauling several hundred pounds of broken masonry to the dump and waiting for an inspection that never got scheduled. All-in-all, I highly recommend them and again, them rushing the end of the job and wanting to make sure their own homes were safe from the impending hurricane isn't something I can justify taking away a star for.

With Hurricane Irma heading towards Jacksonville I made last minute decision to install whole house generator. I needed propane connected and called multiple gas companies before I realized that Bill Fenwick Plumbing did gas piping. I called them and quickly had technicians at my home to make sure we had generator working. Thank you for making this last minute call a great experience. I will be calling Bill Fenwick Plumbing for all my future Plumbing needs.

I would not use them ever again! I called them to repair a small in leak in a 2 year old kitchen faucet. They charged a $149 service charge, $160 for labor and $54 for parts for a total of $363. Since when is the service charge not credited to the labor charge!

I reached out on Yelp for a plumber as water was overflowing on my washing machine drain . Last Saturday I was contacted by this company and they sent someone out, I fully expected to pay emergency rates. 2 people showed up and went on the roof to try to unclog the drain. They said they could not and needed to have a camera to find the problem to make a long story short after over $1100 and 2 large chunks of wall missing plus a 6 inch gash in my bathroom wall, I did laundry yesterday and I STILL have the same problem! Water coming from drain all over the floor. I call and some snappy lady said I would have to pay after hours rates and could not get anyone there til after 5. What the hell??? Almost 1500 later and I have the same problem I started with but now have walls ruined???? They did replace some pipes but still have the water that is ruining my floor as I am unable to move the machine. And guess what!! No one ever showed up yesterday, I waited until 1030. Might I throw in I am a single woman and a Sr citizen and can't help think this is why they took advantage of the situation. June 30 - after speaking with Mr Bill Fenwick, after discussing what happened and did not happen to verify the original repair, he did send people out to fix the original problem of the washing machine discharge issue. He also send a person to fix the holes in the walls and came back twice to sand them. I am satisfied with the outcome and I will probably use them again when I run into plumbing problems. Any one can make mistakes but a good company will correct them without compounding charges. I am changing to 5 stars

The commercials are awful (sorry to say), but the company itself is wonderful. We bought a new dishwasher that Best Buy was going to install, but couldn't because the plumbing """"stuck out too far"""". Bill Fenwick came to fix that AND got on our roof to fix the sink that wouldn't drain. The guys that came out were wonderful and put up with our sense of humor.

I have never had a bad experience with Bill Fenwick. Bought a home with quite a few plumbing issues. I used a few (not named here) plumbers who were either WAY overpriced or exhibited poor customer service. The three times I've called, the dispatch has been incredibly helpful, the plumbers have been willing to go ABOVE their job to help me prevent future issues, and their prices are much lower than I've paid. I paid $111 to fix a pipe clog. With another provider, i paid over $200. Just sayin

Plumbing had been neglected for a long time. We needed somebody to come in and resolve a bunch of issues. We got 3 quotes from various plumbers. We accepted the middle quote and the guy never showed up and never returned a call. Decided to go with Fenwick - their quote was just a little bit higher (approx 10%) but we needed the work done. They were very professional and on time. The job was more complicated than we thought and required several more trips by the plumber. They stood by their original quote, and we probably ended up saving money because of that. And we saved time, and they were nice to deal with. My old plumber wanted us to wait 2-3 weeks, my second choice never showed. Fenwick is now my first choice for any future jobs.

After using another plumbing company for years, we called Fenwick Plumbing for a second opinion on our outside sewer pipe. Boy, am I glad we did!! Our former plumber said our pipe had collapsed & needed to be replaced. Fenwick came out, scoped the pipe & made the needed repairs. Our pipe wasn't collapsed at all. Lester & Charlie were on time, professional, polite & funny. Great office staff as well. Calling to let us know they plumbers were on the way & answering questions we had beforehand. The price was VERY reasonable. We now have a new plumbing company should we ever need it.
