Cameron H. arrived right at the beginning of the promised time window. He is a knowledgeable and personable technician. He quickly diagnosed the cause of component failure, replaced the dryer, contactor and start capacitor and drained and recharged the system. He spent the necessary time too make all the repairs in an unhurried and workmanlike manner. I observed the care he took in maintaining his tools and equipment. After completing all the needed repairs and not pressing for complete replacement of my 5-year old A/C system, he performed preventive maintenance on the condensate drain line. If I should need any of the services offered by Fenwick in the future I hope your other technicians live up to the high standard set by Cameron H.

Our 2 year old Carrier air conditioning unit stopped cooling (in August!!). I quickly searched online for a company that could take a look at it. I chose Fenwick. The same day Jesse came out and very quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty 70/5 capacitor which seems to be a common issue). Fenwick charged $89 for the visit, parts extra. We're now Fenwick customers for life!! I even signed up for a plan they offered. 100% recommend them.

Buyer beware. Learn from me...Ask questions first, before hiring! Fenwick Plumbing Pro's and Cons Pros: 1) Easy access to online appointment making. Fancy website. 2) Good follow-up with the office on confirmation of appointment 3) plumber came within the 4 hour time period Cons: 1) Plumber did not discuss scope of work or what prices would be up front. 2) Got HUGE bill and was told itemized bill would be sent from the office. (paperless because of covid) I paid the bill not knowing what I was paying for. When I confronted plumber on why so expensive, he said labor rate was over $200.00 a hour and then on top of that the basic shower head, cartridge valve and tub filler, but would not itemize costs. I guess its really my fault for not doing my homework and asking about hourly rate, but in all fairness, never had to do that. Spoke with the office a week later and they contradicted what the Plumber said about Hourly rate. but getting a bill for $518.00 for a job that should have been at the most $250.00...maybe $275.00, there is no doubt that their rate is above $200.00 an hour. When I did finally receive the invoice, it was still not itemized. Just all lumped into one sum. Fenwick ended up crediting me $100.00 which was nice of them. So all I can say is if you do hire them, just ask questions head of time. do your due diligence.

Crystal was not very helpful. Kept making excuses without fully listening to the work that was required

Just had Craig swing by to unclog a kitchen sink...he was extremely professional, efficient and outstanding representative of Fenwick. The cost was 225% less than the estimate given by a competitor.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I needed a full house repipe and they could not have done a better job. Their technicians were very friendly, professional and quoted me fair prices. They were very clean and prompt as well. I love the thoroughness their office staff provided as they called at the end of the project to make sure I was pleased with everything which I have never before experienced with other companies. Highly recommend!

We replaced our old countertops in the kitchen to granite. The sink used to be over the top but we decided on countersunk and the piping did not match up. So, we called Fenwick on a Saturday and their plumber, Michael Bryant showed up on time. He replaced everything that was needed, leak checked it and now we have a workable sink and garbage disposal! He was very friendly, and knowledgeable and got the job done right! It also comes with a one year warranty. Nice company to remember when you have plumbing or air-conditioning problems. They are 24/7.

Guy cut me off as I said hello, telling me to lock my dogs up. Ok...not everyone likes dogs. However, he was rude about it and then told me there was no power to my dishwasher...which he was there to hook up...and when I pressed the power button he was surprised because ...ta da...it had power Then he tells me he will give me a quote and it will include having to pull my dishwasher out. I was rather unhappy already between the dog thing, and the power thing so I advised him that I would be happy to pull the dishwasher out (brand new, electrician was out already to connect the power) and that if he couldn't do the job he could leave and I would be happy to call another company. He assured me he was a certified plumber and he did get the job done However, I would rather pay more money for David Gray for any future needs than have this kind of rude person in my home even for the """"better"""" price.
