Wow! What incredibly great service. My wife and I relocated back to Cincinnati, and realized our water heater wasn't producing hot water. I found, called and connected with Dan, who walked me through a troubleshooting sequence and said to call back if that didn't work. It didn't work so I called him back. He had me take a few photos and made the simplest of observations, solving our problem and making us extremely happy. It's amazing to know their are services businesspeople who actually care about others, who are empathetic to their situations, and who go out of their way to help. This plumbing company is awesome. They show up on time, know how to fix everything and there is no sticker shock at their pricing. They were easy to work with and very professional. I had two other plumbers out before them to fix a sink hookup with no success. Feichtner fixed it in about 15 minutes.

The came out immediately, even though our problems were NOT an emergency situation.
