Feichtner Plumbing came out to my home to fix a clogged vent and to make long story short there was a miss communication when it came to the bill. At the end of the day the owner was more than happy to make things right. All and all I believe Feichtner Plumbing is out to do honest work! Thanks again!

This plumbing company is awesome. They show up on time, know how to fix everything and there is no sticker shock at their pricing. They were easy to work with and very professional. I had two other plumbers out before them to fix a sink hookup with no success. Feichtner fixed it in about 15 minutes.

The came out immediately, even though our problems were NOT an emergency situation. This is by far the best plumber we have ever used! Having lived in a home for 28 years with a slow running laundry tub which would get sooo slow every few years, run over, and necessitate a plumber cleaning out the drain, the last time(2 months ago), I called Feichtner on the recommendation of a friend. My drain has NEVER emptied this well-not even close!

Couldn't have asked for any better. Initially called and got a full message box. Someone called back quickly. Family run business that is professional and on time. We called around 4 pm and they said they would be able to install a new water heater the next morning. At 9:13 am I was called to verify we were home. By 9:38 they were in the driveway. No ""we got held up on another job"". No calls saying they would be a little late etc. Dan was professional and friendly. Our daughter even talked to him. It is pretty rare for her to talk to strangers. He was respectful of my husband who was in a work meeting downstairs. In and out quickly. Job done as discussed. They bill you so no awkward writing out of a check or fiddling with a credit card machine. My husband even tried to tip them and they refused the tip. Super happy with the service we received. A good plumber is hard to find. We would highly recommend this company

I now understand why Feichtner Bros Plumbing has been receiving 5 stars consistently. I need some light plumbing done so I turned to yelp for info. Called them up and soon later one of the brothers was in our house fixing things that we didn't even know where to start.
My favorite thing about Feichtner Bros is that it is a family company. It seems that all brothers are part of it. They are really nice, professional and do an excellent job. First time I called, I need to know how much would it cost for them to come out and fix a toilet, clogged sink and a couple of other minor things. They informed me that it is hard to give an estimate because they are not there which I understood but they also gave me a ball park amount based on what I described. My bill was within $10 of the estimate! I was amazed and impressed so I called them again for an outside faucet replacement. Once again, they showed up on time, got the job done in the record time and a few days later I received a bill that was $7 within the estimate.
I am so happy I found Feichtner Bros and can now have a piece of mind because I know they will do a good job for any plumbing issue I could have in the future.
