Recommended Customer Reviews

These guys are great. We've called Tony twice with minor fixes and leaks and he's been professional and reasonably priced in both cases. He's honest and timely, and has a good sense of humor and positive attitude. Highly recommend.

This is a difficult review for me to write, but in the end I decided it was necessary so that no one else will have to go through the same heartache I did. I worked with Tony for over two years, and during that time he was great at fixing leaks and other smaller jobs. Last year though, I used him for some pretty major work - installing a tankless water heater and a bathroom remodel - and I got burned big time.
He charged me $3,000 for the bathroom work, and left both the sink pipe installed crookedly (at least at a 30 degree angle) as well as the copper pipe for the bathtub spout (which he tried to blame on my tile guy, but I never bought that explanation since the wall is flush, but the pipe he installed is at an angle. Apparently his level must work differently than mine). I think I'm going to have to run new copper to correct the bathtub spout (right now it still doesn't connect all the way to the wall, and it's not watertight as a result), but having another plumber fix the pipes under the sink has already set me back $400.
Concerned about the job Tony did on the water heater, I asked the other plumber to take a look at it - and in less than five minutes, he told me the gas pipe used (3/4"") was too small and the venting was done with the wrong materials. Two weeks later, the water heater stopped working, and I had to call out a different plumber who gave me the exact same diagnosis. The cost to fix it all: $,1175. I contacted Tony and asked him to reimburse me the $800 cost for the new gas line, since he should have known the correct size to use. He said he might be able to pay me $300, but that I should call him back the following week. I did, got his voicemail, and left a message. That was in November of last year and I've yet to hear back and I've received no reimbursements.
After working with Tony for as long as I have, I am beyond disappointed. Good help is truly hard to find.

Tony is a hero. He's come to our rescue a number of times. He's always prompt, does good work, and his rates are super reasonable. He's also got a great sense of humor!

Now this is a great plumber... if his work is as good as his response he has found a loyal customer. I asked him to replace a kitchen sink for me without spending a bundle. To help me save money he met me at a local supplier so that I could purchase what I needed without having to pay for the contractor mark up. Now thats customer service.

Great Plumber.
I clogged my dishwasher and stupidly poured drano into it to try and fix it. Tony was sure to let me know that was a dumb thing to do, and next time just to call the plumber first. But he dealt with my mess, and fixed the dishwasher so now it won't clog. He also came to the house the next day after I called. Quick service and fast repairs. That is everything I am looking for in a plumber. He also tells some great stories that make the house call much more interesting.
I will use him again for sure.

I have had the wonderful pleasure of working this company and they are excellent. They make you laugh but are extremely serious about their work. I worked with Tony, Checkers, and Pete and they are all knowledgeable of what needs repairs for a reasonable rate. If you have plumbing needs this is the business you want! THANKS FOR YOUR WONDERFUL WORK!

We had a ""peculiar"" odor in our rumpus room that was a mystery to us. Rotorooter or whatever mainstream ""roto"" company it was called camed over and cleared our line, thinking that was the cause. $300 later the basement/playroom was still stinky. At that point I decided to check out our sump pump and bingo- that was the source of our problem- it had corroded which caused it to malfunction so the standing water was the source of the odor.
I called Fazule & Sons because of the great reviews they got here. Tony wasn't even in town- he was taking care of a family member on the other side of the country- and yet he called me back within 1 hr of me calling him. At first he was going to book the appointment Monday (we called on a Friday) but I had asked if there was anyway someone could come over and at least clear out the tank since we spend a lot of time in the rumpus room. He said no problem- they would come and clean it and Monday we'd put in a new sump pump. Pete and Checkers came by 1 hour early and confirmed that the sump pump was kaput. They were extremely organized and immediately covered the area they were going to work on. They diligently cleaned the tank and put in a NEW sump pump- and here I thought they were coming back Monday to do that! They worked until they were confident the sump pump was working efficiently and helped to clean out the surrounding areas to get rid of the lingering smell. The pump itself was more than I was quoted, but it was a higher end unit AND they definitely stayed longer than what I was charged for.

I have had to have someone help me plumb in a dishwasher, But I havent had the time to schedule a plumber and wait for them to come.
But today I got off work early and had some time I gave Tony a call and he came right over and took care of my situation and gave me some good advise about some future work I may want to do.
Great service

Our Main waterline burst with all the rain! Aghhhhhh. I called a few larger plumbing outfits and got a whopping $2800+ in quotes from two places. I saw Tony's reviews and gave him a ring. He was walking his dog and told me he could stop on by to access the situation.
Tony came over and saw a smarter way to do it and was able to chop the labor in half. Instead of removing the sidewalk area to get at the pipe he left it in tact and went under it. Cool. That strategy saved me over $1200 bucks in labor. Tony's sidekick Checkers was a workhorse. You could tell Tony and Checkers worked together for many years. They worked smoothly and did my whole job in record time. Laid out the area with a tarp and left it in great condition.
On top of the great work it was a great experience. Lots of great stories and I was able to watch the job progress from the first cuts of the pipe to the last bit of cleanup.
Class act with the good guys!
Cool,
Joe

Tony and Checkers are everything one would want in plumbers... expert work, reasonable prices, fair dealing and pleasure to have in your home. They changed out a thermostat on a water heater and put a bunch of time into figuring out how to save me some money on the parts from the manufacturer. Two of the nicest gentlemen you'll ever meet. Highest rating!
