I've been meaning to write a review on these guys. I'm joining the two thumbs up club for the work these guys do. I was working on a deadline getting my house ready for sale and Tony and his crew came out, correctly diagnosed the multiple issues I had and got the job done pronto. Real positive attitude and good feedback. In my case we had some slow drains that was the result of rust buildup in the pipes, some faucets that needed replacement / updating and a water heater that needed some TLC (flex gas and water lines and replaced water shutoff valve). And they provided easy to understand honest feedback letting me know what work needed to be done and why.

If you have plumbing problems you need to call these guys. They'll take care of you on time and within budget.

Fazule and Son's Plumbing gets my 5 star rating. A team of two friendly, honest plumbers came to install my garbage disposal as well as unclog a slow running shower drain. Loved also having a female plumber as part of the team! When one person needed something the other could run out and get it from their van. For that reason the job got done in exactly an hour. Plus their rate seemed very much in line with the market, $150 an hour. I ended up spending $160 total as I bought my own disposal online that they installed. This team was professional and both had great, positive attitudes. Plus they were great with my cats. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I stopped by to ask a question regarding my Dad's plunking. He is 70 and has early onset dementia. We have lived in the neighborhood for 30 years.
It happened to be St.Patrick's day. Tonya was open and I was offered a plate of food and a drink within minutes. The bubly woman who served me chatted and shared that she a nurse practitioner and that Tony is fabulous.
Everyone there made me feel welcomed and like family. I totally forgot to see who to ask about Pop's plumbing.
At some point in the night a jolly guy with a new you accent made jokes and asked if I had something to eat. He was instantly very lovable.
We danced and sang old Irish jigs. I'm a Black American but that night I was Irish. It was late a I decided to head back to Dad's.
Unfourtunaly I forgot my purse at the shop. So the I went to collect it.
The jolly guy turned out to be Tony. And once again I was offered a cup of coffee and a seat.
He was more then helpful regarding my Dad's plumming situation.
I learned alot about him and how he helps this community. The Laurel in Oakland.
He is prifessional, the shop organized and knows his stuff. Besides being a great guy.

Johnny is rude and unprofessional. They were going to be a no show till we followed up so they ended up arriving an hour and 17 minutes late. When he asked how I was I was honest and said I was pissed because I have major sleep disorders snd because they were so late I didn't have time to take a much needed nap and his response was ""Well we all have problems."" Really? Then the woman with him bumped her huge bag into our shoe rack which is fragile/rickety. I was thinking ""Wow. Zero common sense."" Then when I had to leave soon I simply asked about how much longer they'd be and if they thought they fixed the problem and his reply?: ""I have your whole faucet taken apart so if you don't want me to get distracted..."" What a complete schmuck.

I actually look forward to calling Tony and his crew. Why? Because I know they will fix the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. His crew is the best (not sure if they are Tony's actual sons but hey, its the Bay Area...I'm sure it's all good). We have used them 3 times and each time they explain to me what the problem is and how easy it is for them to fix it. And then they fix it. Quickly. Easily. I'm never calling anyone else again.

I cannot say enough good things about Fazule & Sons. Prompt, Professional and awesome to work with. I have the pleasure of meeting Zach and Checkers, and they diagnosed and fix my plumbing problem in under an hour. Really great guys, and very community-centric business. Hire Fazule and you won't go wrong. I'll never choose another company.

Tony and his crew showed up a little early for the job (much appreciated) and did a fast, efficient installation of a new wall-mounted toilet. The whole job was professionally done and Tony and his crew are easy to work with. I'm having them back next week to do more work.

This review is past due. I've used Tony Fazule and Sons for about 4-5 years now. Wish I found them sooner. They are always honest, always fairly priced and are always dependable.

My tenants love Checkers.

If it's a water heater job, low water pressure issues, whatever.... They are experienced and efficient. They get in and complete the job.

I haven't even considered another plumber
