Found these guys on Yelp after another plumber stood me up. They arrived on time and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

I had to try these guys out because I lived in New York and they sounded great. I had a leak under my sink. Tony correctly diagnosed a worn out garbage disposal. He replaced my old one at the very reasonable price of $100. I think I paid a lot more for the original. He could have gouged me since I needed the replacement and he had one but I thought his price was more than fair. I suspected a leak the next day and so I called him and he promptly came. Checkers very thoroughly inspected the pipes. They could have complained that I wasted their time because there was no leak but they very happily checked it out and didn't charge me anything as per the 90 day guarantee on their work. Love the New York accent. They're great!

Easy going guys, on time and on point. Said he'd show between 9:30 and 10, came at 10 and fixed three toilets and a clogged tub drain in under an hour. His sous chef Checkers speeds everything along. Knows a lot about the watershed, too, and is happy to talk about it.

Tony is the best! I own a rental property in Oakland on Park Blvd and Tony is always flexible on getting out there and is always on time. He works quick and is always fair about what he charges. I recommend him with absolute confidence for any plumbing or water-heater project.

Tony and Checkers made my day! I called him at 1:30 and he said he could come at 2:30. Guess who rang the doorbell at 2:30? Yup. Like that has ever happened when someone has come to my house to fix something. They fixed our pipes which were sounding like they were gonna blow up and got the garbage disposal working again... Be sure to ask him about Burning Man... Thanks Tony. I hope i don't have to, but I'll call you for sure should we ever need a plumber.

Like others, I received a rude, accusatory message about my review. Somehow, it was my fault he stood me up.
In the end, I am really glad he did, because that is how I found Ed at Bonafide:

Ed does great work, is inexpensive and is the sweetest guy!

We had our third, amazing experience with Tony yesterday. our kitchen sink wasn't draining, and Tony came out and discovered that one of the main pipes under the house had holes in it. Tony gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on, and expectations as to the cost and his plan of action. He and Checkers immediately started working and didn't stop until the job was finished. Afterwards, Tony gave me a detailed explanation and plan for what needed to be done in regards to the mold/insect problem caused by the leaky pipe. As always, we were very happy with the service. Tony is very fair, professional, trustworthy and he has a great personality. I would definitely recommend him.

Tony has always been a marvelous help to us-- he has fixed our sinks (even our older, vintage sinks), our shower, and also installed new ultra low-flow (the kind with half-flush and full-flush options) toilets in all of our bathrooms. He's a pro, he does it all. He has always put down drop-cloths in our bathrooms and has left his work areas clean
As an aside, I'm afraid I feel compelled to comment that the lady, Lorissa, who reviewed Tony showed an astonishing lack of understanding and respect for his profession by asking him to wear worker 'booties' in her home (as if a bootie is going to protect your worker's foot from a 15 lb wrench, steel piping, or raw sewage-- these folks wear steel-toed boots for a good reason) Lorissa, if your 'heart is broken' and you turn 'very sad' from a few carpet and floor stains-- put down a drop cloth over your floors and carpets. Better yet, save your 'Extreme Clean' money and go to a developing country to get some perspective.

Tony and Checkers just came by and fixed a shower that had been having problems for a while. He showed up on time, and had it fixed in less than an hour. I'll definitely use Fazule & Sons again!

The main water pipe to my house broke spraying water everywhere. I called my regular plumber, but his first available appointment was in 3 days. So, after consulting Yelp, I called Tony. 30 minutes later, he came over, shut the water off and fixed the pipe. He encountered some complications, but nothing that he and his sidekick Checkers and their well-equipped van couldn't handle. I felt they did the job quickly, professionally, and fairly. Yes, he is a bit of a character, so be prepared for a blunt, plain-spoken NYer. But he is friendly, knows his stuff, and he is the owner, so you don't get excuses, you get someone who will take care of you. By the time he left, I felt like I had a plumber in the family.
