I've been using Tony for plumbing issues my home on Ocean View Drive in Oakland for three-four years now. He and his team have not only been fantastic plumbers but entertainers as well. You don't find that much in the plumbing community.

Oh, I should mention he did one BIG job for me; replacing ALL the 1934-era cold water pipes in my house. It was a big job and finished to perfection.

I actually almost hope something new with my home's antique plumbing will go wrong again just so I can see Tony, Checkers, and/or other members of his crew again! That's crazy of course, but WTF!

Tony called me back within a few hours at the end of a work day to advise me what the issue with my appliance and that I should call an appliance service technician instead. Needed leaky sinks in the kitchen and bath fixed and these guys took care of it lickity split. From answering the phone this morning (crazy that this is a standard that seems to be too high a bar for some businesses), to showing up right on time, these folks got it done and well. Had a leaky pipe behind my washing machine last night. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Tony Fazule, and not only did he actually pick up his phone (somewhat uncommon it seems) but he made time to come over to take care of the problem within an hour. Lucky timing, I know. He arrived with an assistant, worked carefully and quickly to diagnose and repair the problem (cracked male/male connector). He's personable and professional - I highly recommend him!!!

Can I give Tony a million stars? Tony is a direct, trustworthy, amazing guy. He is an expert at plumbing and gets the job done well and for a fair price. He's amazing. In 3 hours he rebuilt our kitchen sink and piping in our 100-year old crazy house. I'll never use another plumber. He's awesome!!!

Hooray for Fazule! I have a bar and for the last few weeks, we've had this stench that we have not been able to figure out! I've tried drain cleaners and odor suppressors and nothing. Figured it was time to bring in the big guns! At first, I made an appointment with a well known plumbing company, who were going to send one of their employees in a few days to check it out. I kinda felt I needed advice from an owner/ operater, so I found Fazule on yelp, loved the reviews and thought I'd give him a call. Tony and his crew were there in a few hours (!) and withing 20 minutes, had completely located and taken care of the problem! Wow, my staff and I have been scratching our heads for weeks trying to figure it out! Hooray Gumba! You're in my speed-dial now!

I am so happy a friend recommended Fazule & Sons. Tony is a great guy with a big personality and immediately I felt like he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Having plumbing issues can be stressful because immediately I'm thinking this is going to be expensive and is this person going to try to take advantage of me and charge me more??? Not Tony.

I've had issues in my kitchen for years now and Tony was able to assess the problem and fix it quickly - without breaking the bank. No more water pressure issues-all new copper in my kitchen. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am and how relieved to know I have a plumber I can trust.

EBMUD put a pin hole in the house line right out of the water meter, and then refused to fix it. The leak grew bigger, and we called one of our usual's to fix the problem. By the time I had the job quoted by Albert Nahman Plumbing at around $3,000, the leak was significant enough to flow steadily down the street, and they couldn't help us until the following week. The technician from Albert Nahman's didn't explore to find the real problem, he just went for the big money right out the gate.
Brooklyn native, master plumber, and new age philosopher, Tony Fazule, answered my call, asked me to describe the problem until he felt he understood entirely, told me ""I'm like a magician-surgeon, I can fix anything""
He was at my home the next day and got right to it. This man laid down in the street with his chest resting on the curb for 2 hours straight, no breaks, and fixed the problem for a fraction of the other estimate.
The support team that he brought were wonderful and helped me to understand what was happening while Tony worked. After not having water for 3 days in the face of a 3000 dollar fix as the only solution, Fazule & Sons Plumbing came through with probably one of the biggest saves I've ever had. It was like being held through the toughest of times. Water fixed, no leaks, and I have a glass half full of it in my hand. Thank you Tony, Checkers and HollyAnn. You will be hearing from me again!
