One of the downsides of living in an aging home is the frequent need for repairs. In the last several years, we've had a few pipes corrode and leak in our basement. Thankfully, Faust Co. was on the case!

We noted the leak on a Sunday, so I assumed my request to Yelp for local contractors would be unanswered until at least Monday or Tuesday. Within an hour, the owner replied to me with a quote and set up a time for the repair. The quote was much more reasonable that projects we've had completed from other plumbers in the past, so we got it on the calendar right away.

The plumber, Nick, arrived promptly at 8 am Monday morning to get things fixed. He came in a marked van, which I always appreciate. As a mom with three children, I always like to know I'm letting in the right person. He introduced himself, came prepared with knowledge about the problem, and got right to work. Within 90 minutes, everything was tip top! He cleaned up his work space and we were ready to get on with our day.

This was by far the best plumbing experience we've had in years. I'm really thankful we found Faust for this and all of our future repairs!

This company installed a new shower fixture for our master bathroom and the tub and shower fixtures for our main bathroom. They did an amazing job!! Bryan and his team were great. We had to get our water replaced and we had a quick turn around time as we were getting our chimney removed and had to vent the new out the side of the house.

We had issues with the water heater we got from Menards and Bryan had to bring one over in his personal vehicle. He worked within our budget. I could write ton a more about the excellent customer service and work, but as a long, as we live in their services area we'll be using them for all our plumbing needs!

I would recommend them to anyone!

Tony arrived right on time and had our plumbing fixed in less than 30 minutes! He was very nice and explained to us what he was doing and how everything worked. He also gave us some tips to avoid the same problem on the future. Definitely recommend. We will use Faust again in the future!

I was in a tight spot with our bathtub not draining. I tried to unclog it myself but nothing worked. I did a search and came across Faust Co. The reviews were good so I sent a request for a quote last night. Before they even opened I received a response back from Bryan with a quote. I know anything with plumbing is not cheap but there is a reason for that. Bryan's quote was very reasonable and not sky high like some of the other companies.

Unfortunately, Bryan said they were booked till Wednesday but he would see if he could get a tech to stop by today. Just like that he found someone that could stop by between 11am-1pm. The tech ended up showing up by 10:30am which was great.

I am bad with names and forgot the techs name. He was friendly, professional and shared his thoughts on all of my questions. The clog turned out to be in a couple areas but he got the job done within 20 minutes or so. He cleaned up everything afterwards.

If you ever need a plumber I highly recommend Faust for all of your needs. Very honest and upfront along with going the extra mile to help out their customers. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
