I found Faust Co on Yelp when I needed my basement laundry tub unclogged. It was a BAD clog. I requested a quote through the Yelp app and they were one of the replies. I chose them mainly because they had a good rating. We interacted via Messages in Yelp and scheduled the appointment. Mark, the plumber that arrived was very personable, which I find to be rare. He replaced the P-trap and the T-Trap in less time than I expected, and the water has been flowing better than it ever has in the 18 years I've owned my house. My invoice was emailed to me, and I paid online. The bill was within the original quoted range. I would hire Faust again and recommend them!

This is the second time I've contacted Faust Plumbing and both times I have been extremely satisfied with their work! The first time was in 2019 to have a new toilet installed, the plumber came out, replaced the new toilet and took the old one away, took no time at all and it was very cost-effective.

This time, our utility tub wouldn't drain which caused us to not be able to do laundry for weeks. We had multiple plumbers from reputable companies come out without ANY success which wasted a lot of time and money. I then remembered Faust and called them on a Thursday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very next day. Nick arrived with a smile on his face, ready to work. Within minutes of us talking, I felt confident in his ability to get the job done. What I thought might be a two visit process, Nick was able to get it done the same day, from start to finish the whole process took about 2 hours!! Take a hard lesson from me, don't call anyone else, call Faust!

I located Faust Plumbing Co. on the BBB website and decided to contract them to do some new plumbing for a non-existent bathroom upstairs.
After having received quotes from two other establishments, what sold us with Faust was the immediate knowledge Bryan had when he came to the house. Even though our previous plumber did not do the work up to code for our downstairs laundry room, Bryan had solutions to the problem. For weeks I had sent emails with questions and drawings, since I have a need-to-know on how things will be installed.
What a patient, professional man he was.
My work was scheduled for a Monday, but on the previous Friday, he emailed me to ask if it was OK to reschedule, since they  backed up a bit, one guy had to go to a funeral and two others were stuck trying to wrap up a pretty big project that got delayed a bit. 
Since I was in the trades for twenty years, I completely understood how things go, so of course we said yes. Most clients would have got upset, but until you spend time on job-sites, it is hard to comprehend.
During all of this, I made the mistake of presuming Bryan was the one coming out to do the plumbing. That is why I try not to presume, and I never asked.
One of his employees, Mark showed up on time and had great solutions, to a complex plumbing job. What a joy to work with, if you don't mind him talking to himself the whole day. I was used to it, since I do it frequently, but he takes the cake!
He nearly finished the job on the first day, but since I had to complete some additional installation of some walls, they decided to come back on the same day my roof was replaced. This way, he could cut the new vent pipe into the roof, and the roofers could seal it properly.
The roofing company was to remove my fake chimney, and install a B-vent, however, things did not go as planned, as things usually are in life. We had to call a heating/cooling contractor for ideas on how to pipe the B-vent in. I called Bryan, and to my appreciation, he had Mark come back right away. This way the roof could be completed. Not sure, but it is likely another job was delayed, because they were able to fit us in.
In the end, I would recommend Faust Co. to any family member or friend, and that says a lot for me. I am a person that has high expectations, but also willing to pay for great service. They are full of character and integrity.

I plan on calling them in a few months to have two zone regulators and pressure valve replaced.

Our project was fairly simple. Swap out an old toilet, and kitchen faucet, for the new ones we already had. Faust Co. came up as one of the plumbers to get a quote through Yelp.
The following might sound odd to some, but I thought it was way cool. All of the communication with Bryan was through Yelp messaging. No phone calls. No playing phone tag. No waiting for a call back. No leaving a message with someone who might, or might not, relay it correctly, if passed along at all. We were able to get things rolling, at each others' own paces, with timely replies, and without undue interruptions. Very smooth, and awesomely convenient!
There was one phone call, from John, when he was about 15 min. from arrival. We showed him where things were, and told him to yell if he needed anything, including assistance. Then we got busy with Zoom meetings, and other stuff. It seemed like it was just a few minutes later when John announced he was all done, and Bryan would email the bill.
The old toilet and faucet were gone. The new ones were in place. John had cleaned up everything so well it was as if he'd never been here.
Next time we need a plumber, I'm emailing Bryan at Faust Co.! ;-)

I put a request in for a hot water heater replacement on a Saturday night when mine 1st started leaking and within 15 minutes Bryan replied! The next morning we chatted via text to work out what exactly I needed. He even went to Home Depot to see if he could get figure out if my old unit was still under warranty, amazing! Above and beyond in my eyes.
They were able to come out Monday and within a hour or so we were up and running. Derrick who came out was super nice and professional. Even recommended that I flush out the tank every 6 months to reduce the sediment build up, good tip thank you! Highly recommended

This company was amazing to use. I entered in a message on Yelp about needing a leaking pipe fixed, at a very early hour in the morning and the owner got back to me quickly and was the first to respond. He answered my question and gave me a quote about what it would cost to fix it. There was an open spot for the next business day as well. The plumber that came out, Nick, he was thorough and was able to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time as well as give me advice about things i should look at with other plumbing. He was very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend this company.

I've had Faust do several things for me from simple sump pump replacement to digging up the floor to replace a sewer line. Trustworthy, excellent service, on-time, fair price, done right. Was great that I could exchange emails with them beforehand to explain what I needed and get honest recommendations. I will use them for all my future plumbing work
