Hired them to snake the drain for my parents - they were efficient, effective, and transparent with pricing. The payment process was a little confusing because we were told that we could pay the technician in cash but when we tried to do so he told us to handle that directly with the office. We got a link in a few days to pay through a portal though so it was sorted without much issue.

Bryan helped me get an idea of my options to replace a leaking water heater. He also went through the pros/cons of tankless vs tank and what challenges we might have with my layout for a tankless model. The service work was done and everything was done quickly and with quality.

The water line to my toilet started leaking into my basement. I was very pleased that Faust was able to come out the next day and fix the problem.

First, I called to fix a toilet issue, was told the toilet couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new toilet. Paid for a new toilet to be installed and the new toilet doesn't work/flush. I called for a solution or fix and was told that they would look at it but I would be charged again. Second, was charged over $300 for an easy 20 minute job to install a new $40 shower cartridge. Brought them business in the past, but never again. Took place in Milwaukee, not the location Yelp states.

I contacted Faust Plumbing since September 13th trying to book a plumber. I kept getting the run around whereas the plumber had already did a previous job and the company was aware of the next request. Jodi finally booked the appointment after 45 days.

I asked normal customer service inquiry to check out the person coming credentials. I asked Jodi for the name of the plumber, she responded Mark. I asked for the full name. Like pulling teeth. Finally after so many lengthy minutes and my time she finally gives the last name. I asked for the plumbers plumbing license. She then provided the vehicle license, only after notifying her that there was no such Dept of Professional credentials with 4 digits. I had to wait several hours to get a response back. I had asked would the plumber sent to the home be driving a company vehicle. Late response, multiple response requests that is not transparent customer service. Eventually, after hours passed I cancelled. The plumber still showed the next day. Bryan Faust should have discussed with Jodi her reluctance to be transparent, rather he responded I quote that I know how there company looks and discounted me like throw away trash. One unprofessional communication came from the plumber stating that he didn't want to ever come back to that""lady"" house. Sounds prejudiced as I paid with no incident the first time.

I am ""not"" recommending this company, due to the fact that everyone deserves to feel safe and comfortable with a stranger coming to their house.

This was POOR, SLOW, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNEXPLAINED, AND BIZARRE TREATMENT and places anyone in an unsafe circumstances.

Great work for the church fixed a problem caused by the city. Our church backed up three times!!! Faust was Profesional and address the issues and gave us pictures to address the issue with the city of Milwaukee.

Bryan reached out to me and explained that apparently he never received the message from yelp. Which is why he never confirmed. Any business that takes the time to correct miscommunication sounds good to me.

I really appreciated being able to converse electronically with Bryan regarding what services I needed completed and him providing an estimate the same way. The ease of doing business was key in my selecting him for my plumbing job. I needed:

- A pedestal sink removed
- A new vanity/sink/faucet installed in place of the pedestal
- A toilet removed
- A new toilet installed
- A simple bidet installed
- Another sink drain snaked
- That same sink fixed so the stopper would keep the water in the bowl
- A whole house filter installed

Bryan quoted a fair price for all of these things and given that it was almost an entire days' worth of work, I accepted his proposal. We agreed on a date and time and I looked forward to a number of things on my home list getting checked off.

The plumber was about 25 minutes late, not a big deal. He also introduced himself as, ""Plumber."" I figured he would tell me his name later, but he never did. At any rate, Plumber did a good job with everything on the list and answered any questions I had.

Really the only issue was that the whole house filter was supposed to come with a special wrench to change the filter and it took a couple emails to Bryan to get that to me. I would definitely use Faust again.
